Anybody know stress reduction technique or ways to boost my appetite?

First cycle i did test only cycle and i went from 176 to 201lbs. My diet was good. I had good appetite.

Before I started my 2nd cycle I was 215lbs and I just wanted to put on 5lbs so I can start cutting.

Now I'm 7 weeks into my 2nd cycle. Tbol 6 weeks test e 14 weeks and instead of gaining that extra 5lbs, I lost 10lbs. My strength has gone up, but my appetite is bad and my diet's horrible.

I'm thinking it's due to stress from school work that I'm losing weight and don't feel like eating anything at all. But it's irritating as a bitch's asshole.

If it's due to stress do you know any good stress reduction technique?
 
Sup man, I look at is this way.... I don't eat because I am hungry. I eat because it is time to eat. When you cook your meals, cook like 3 days worth of food and seperate them. If your eating like 6-8 meals a day like your supposed to you never have to gorge, your never hungry, and you have to eat when its time to eat. This makes the day very structured and thats about that. GL my diet is not perfected either.
 
well that's what i did with my first cycle and for past 7 to 8 months. now i'm burnt out with thinking about eating and plus stress from school work just makes me lose more weight and appetite.
 
Get one of those squishy balls, man up and just eat,seems like your wasting this cycle cause your not eating.
 
That's an absolute waste of a cycle and a terrible idea. Burnt out or not you need to eat man, force it down.

As far as stress reduction techniques, meditation is by far the best thing you'll come across. It's much easier than you think, it's really just focusing on your breathing for an extended period of time. The first few times it's hard to keep a clear mind, but it gets easier quickly. Look up breathing meditation and I'm sure you'll come across quite a bit of information.
 
tell me about it. how could u lose weight after getting on a cycle. the whole point was just to gain 5 more pounds fast and hit 220lbs and get it out of the way. Instead it's been doing the opposite I was 215lbs. today i'm 205lbs smh.
 
I have a great stress reducer.... It's called sex. Have you ever been stressed while with a naked women? Well, after the age of 17?
 
also, eating crap food like a ton of carbs all the time will fill you up way more than just eating protein. try to cut down on all carbs to get your appetite back. Concentrate on protein and fat for now. Your appetite will sky rocket in 1-2 weeks.
 
sneak extra calories into your shakes and shit man. add a little peanut butter, nuts, etc...
As for the stress, it's probably the gear not the schoolwork. I find every time I get stressed on cycle, or any other time for that matter, a little bit of cardio, punching bag works best, will take that stress and eat it like candy. oh and I fucking hate cardio, so take that for what it's worth. hope this helps man. good luck.
 
A lot of the time eating is a chore for me, and especially when I'm stressed (which is a lot these days) I have to force the food down and find myself gagging on it. The best stress reducers I know of are sex and marijuana. MJ is also great for appetite, the problem is the food I want to eat on it isn't generally all that healthy.

GHRP 6 did stimulate my appetite too.

Sometimes you just have to eat by the clock. Every 3 hours or so get at least 50 grams of protein in. If it has to be a shake, that's alot better than nothing. You can also drink a glass or two of milk with every single meal and have a shake or cottage cheese or some lean animal protein before bed. Natural peanut butter has a lot of calories and its "good" fat.
