Been unable to reach them ever since I sent my first payment. No tracking info or receipt and now the website is down. Anyone else been able to reach them or know whats up?

Says "Future home of something quite cool" "If you are the website owner, log in here" Anyway, I'm just a little concerned considering they charged my credit card and then disappeared without an email or anything saying they received payment and would ship at xxx date, etc. Just like any other normal transaction. I've never done anything like this before, so not sure of the protocol.

pm sent! if you have the link saved in your favorites, replace it when you open the new imt homepage. mine did the same thing until I replaced it!
 
They updated their website recently. That may be part of the issue. They posted about it in the TRT forum a few days ago.
 
I am in Hawaii, everyone is freaking out I don't get it. Seems like if Todd misses a day of posting everyone thinks IMT went out of business which makes no sense whatsoever.

Anyone who placed a request your program is on its way, pharmacies have been swamped that's all and it's been taking the full 7-10 business days instead of our normal 5 business days.

Everyone please take a deep breath, I will make sure everyone gets responded to as soon as possible.
 
As for the website if you are seeing a 404 then your browser still has the old http cache.

Simply type Increase My T | and it will come up. Once you put the www in one time then in the future you will not have to once the new site is in your browser

im ok with him not posting. it would be nice to get a simple reply to an email though. I am flying to Atlanta tonight for work and do not know if my shipment will come when I am gone or not. no tracking number to check and if he couldn't get me a tracking number because labs are backed up, that's fine as well but tell me in a reply email so I can handle my work crap while I wait! im not worried about imt being out of business or anything like that. just simply needed to schedule my trip around the shipment!

Why not just ask for a prescription that you can fill at any local pharmacy?

you cant ask anything because they don't return emails or calls it seems. I have emailed and called, left messages with no reply to either. im ok with the delay from the pharmacy or whatever but at least reply! I know when I was starting up my account to become a client, response was fast and the phone consultation was on time as well. I paid and that was the last communication period! was told my conformation would be sent first part of the week, never sent anything. horrible customer service!

Still nothing, I can't pm you.

I didn't know just getting a script was a possibility, that would actually help me a lot.

Guys Todd is back on the mainland finally. Please do not start rumors that we do not answer the phone this situation has never happened before EVER.

The airline lost one of my bags so I was stuck without a computer. There is no reason to freak out, it's only the new guys that are freaking out by the way and honestly it's a little upsetting.

We have the best reputation in this business and like I said the pharmacy is just taking a little longer than normal.

YOU GUYS HAVE TO REMEMBER: this is not something your ordering off the shelf, and we simply just ship it out, we are at the mercy of the pharmacy. Now if you would rather go local and either pay a lot more or get the run around for 6 months to get out in creams by all means just let us know we will be happy to refund your money and we can go our separate ways.

For every other client that knows us and knows this never happens and we have the best reputation in the business and are being patient don't worry we will be available starting tomorrow at 5 pm and will be offering a 10% discount on your next request of you had to wait or if you had to wait to put in your request we will be offering for the next two weeks.

For those that are freaking out and starting rumors here on the board that is disrupting our business reputation please do not hesitate to ask for a refund because we will not be putting up with these kinds of threads.

It was my best friends wedding, a once in a lifetime thing so for those who were patient with us thank you very much.

This is not how IMT handles clients

Just curious, but why not? Seems like it would be a lot more convenient for customers and reduce supply side issues. No postage costs either. All you would have to do is have your local doctors transmit prescriptions to the patient's pharmacy which all docs are set up to do these days. I don't even talk to my doc when I need a refill. The pharmacy takes care of everything for me.
