Been unable to reach them ever since I sent my first payment. No tracking info or receipt and now the website is down. Anyone else been able to reach them or know whats up?
Says "Future home of something quite cool" "If you are the website owner, log in here" Anyway, I'm just a little concerned considering they charged my credit card and then disappeared without an email or anything saying they received payment and would ship at xxx date, etc. Just like any other normal transaction. I've never done anything like this before, so not sure of the protocol.
I am in Hawaii, everyone is freaking out I don't get it. Seems like if Todd misses a day of posting everyone thinks IMT went out of business which makes no sense whatsoever.
Anyone who placed a request your program is on its way, pharmacies have been swamped that's all and it's been taking the full 7-10 business days instead of our normal 5 business days.

im ok with him not posting. it would be nice to get a simple reply to an email though. I am flying to Atlanta tonight for work and do not know if my shipment will come when I am gone or not. no tracking number to check and if he couldn't get me a tracking number because labs are backed up, that's fine as well but tell me in a reply email so I can handle my work crap while I wait! im not worried about imt being out of business or anything like that. just simply needed to schedule my trip around the shipment!
you cant ask anything because they don't return emails or calls it seems. I have emailed and called, left messages with no reply to either. im ok with the delay from the pharmacy or whatever but at least reply! I know when I was starting up my account to become a client, response was fast and the phone consultation was on time as well. I paid and that was the last communication period! was told my conformation would be sent first part of the week, never sent anything. horrible customer service!Why not just ask for a prescription that you can fill at any local pharmacy?
