anyone order gear to their work address?

wondering if anyone has ever tried ordering their gear to their work address.... i figure if you're ordering domestic the only reasons a postal worker would have to search a package are 1) leaking fluid, and 2) an "unusual" amount of deliveries. if you can rule out number 1, then wouldn't there be less suspicion ordering to a business that already recieves a ton of deliveries? just a thought.

Unusual amount of deliveries...my home gets packages from all across the US and canada almost daily. I dont know what kind of volume you plan on working with here but for what it's worth i wouldnt worry about a few extra packs to your house.

ok thanks, DougoeFre5h. i have just heard in stories regarding busts that some f'ing postal worker had reasonable cause to search a package b/c they noticed some unusual amount of deliveries to that addy. maybe there are referring to sources only, i dunno. can't be too cautious these days.

I do agree with you on that one bro. Hell, if you're comfortable getting gear sent to your workplace then I dont see why not.

how woud a controlled delivery be different if it were executed at a place of business? the guy working the mailroom would be the one to take delivery, for one thing.

one positive, besides the bulk deliveries, would be that there's no way they could find an existing stash at your work.

I am pretty sure you need a warrant to search a package from USPS, and i don't think the fact that you are getting alot of mail costitutes reason for a judge to issue one. I could be wrong on this though.

Well, some of you guys may disagree but I KNOW for a FACT that if the postal inspector thinks something is fishy with the amount of packages going to a certain address or if he feels that the mail coming to your address is coming from a place that seems suspicious then he can easily obtain a search warrant to search your package. A search warrant and just having "resonable suspicion" to search are two entirely different things. I believe that the warrant would be used in most cases as to cover the postal inspectors ass.

If your package gets searched and there is nothing but a bunch of candy in it then you possibly would never know that it had been searched. However if you are the unlucky one and the PI hits pay dirt then watch out. Im not sure why everyone tells you not to sign for the package either. If it is in your name and it comes to your address then you CAN be charged if the contents are illegal. Just a little FYI to help you guys out. Im by no means trying to stir up paronoria but its good to know what rules the post office has to play by if you are using the mail for illegal activity. Maybe this helped.

I still don't see how getting alot of mail constitutes reason for a warrant, i can't see how a lawyer would not get this thrown out of court. Now if you have mail coming from a location that is know to be shipping illegal narcotics, than that may be a different story.

I had shit sent to my job. I put my real name on the package, but i purposely mispelled my last name. It came from overseas in about 2 weeks and everything was fine.

A search warrant is needed for all 1st class mail. The postal inspector must have "probable cause" that a crime is being committed. He also needs more than one element of probable cause. Just the fact that you are receiving a large amount of packages does not constitute probable cause. On the other hand, if the package is leaking a liquid or a powder, they are going to find out what it is simply because of the anthrax incidents and the "terror" threat. I would strongly suggest that all members of this board purchase Rick Collins' book "Legal Muscle". It covers all aspects of the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) game as far as legality goes. It's money well spent. JMHO

Thanks, Jimbo. I have Rick's book, I just haven't read it yet. Looking forward to when I have time to do that, though. Also, your advice conflicts somewhat with the tone of eagle_lex's post, in which he implies it is very easy for a postal worker to gain a search warrant based on a suspicion.

Again, if anyone knows off-hand the penalities involved with getting busted ordering domestic v. ordering intn'l please make a post. thanks.

I have my HRT prescription (test. cyp. and nandrolone) sent to my work via FedEx. The doctor is in L.A., but the pharmacy is in FL. I know that my work never opens my packages nor does anyone ask about them. However, I'm in a different situation with a Rx for the gear.
