You can buy the ebook for about 10 bucks so I'm thinking g of getting it.
Just wonder if anyone else has read it and was it worth while.... especially the training/workout info.

I've read it (he sometimes has a sale where it's 99 cents) and it's a good book for a beginner but to be honest if you have any amount of solid training under your belt it's not going to be anything new for you. Training is basically a 5 day split with a leaning more towards heavy/low to medium rep work.
