Chemical Muscle Enhancement - Bodybuilder's desk reference

It seems to have some very good information in it. What I am wondering is if it's really a good book to reference to, and if the cycles it suggests would be good? It's cycles have some pyramiding in them, which I know most guys disaprove of.

If a mod wants to pm me, I can send a sample cycle from the book that I was considering running.

Just post it here.................. along with your stats (age, weight, height, ~bf%), lifting experience, and cycle history.
 
Ok. I'm 24, 6'4 200lbs. BF 12% Training for 5 years. 2 Dbol only cycles previous.
I'm sure you'll suggest a Test only cycle, but I'm just curious about they cycles layed out in the book. Anyway, here is one.

Week 1-6 Deca 400 mg/w
Week 7 Deca 300 mg/w
Week 8 Deca 200 mg/w
Week 1 Dbol 20 mg/d
Week 2 Dbol 25 mg/d
Week 3 Dbol 30 mg/d

I don't like the cycle you listed at all. Running deca without testosterone.... anyway, you are right, most of us suggest a testosterone only cycle if at all. 200 lbs isn't much for a guy as tall as you. Are you making gains right now without the gear? 5 years of training; IMHO, you should be bigger, even if you are all natural. Diet is always suspect: 400g of protein/day.

I'm not putting you down in any way. But it is always important to make sure everything is in check, etc prior to cycling.

i have read C.M.E. and think it is a great refrence book. All the steroid profiles are very accurate. I don't remember seeing that cycle in the book and i can't find it what page is it on? I also have read the sequal "Building the Perfect Beast" which had alot of interesting facts and opinions and the basic principals behind his example cycles is to grow fast and get off before you see any negative sides. Their is alot of logic and science behind his books.
 
At 12% BF and that height, 200lbs is not so much muscle. 5yrs of training should made more serious progress. But as I always say, picture will tell everything. You should post some.
 
I have been training for the last 3 years consistently. I had a year off before that due to shoulder surgery and 2 years of training before my surgery.
I'm sure diet has played a large roll in my lack of growth. I know I don't eat enough cals or get enough protein most of the time to really grow. When I have ran dbol, I made sure I had a good diet with 4k cals and 300g protein per day. Both times I had done that I made it up to 220 with a little water weight added also. But on both occasions I had to cut cals severly after the cycle was done. Last year I had to cut down to 198 for a powerlifting meet 6 weeks after my cycle. But I did it and still DL'ed 575.
I have some pics, they are a few months old, but I am the same size still. Let me see if I can find them, and I'll get them posted so you can see.

I forgot to list the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) doses in the cycle.
Week 8-10 3000 iu/2xw
Week 16-17 3000iu/2xw

that cycle is no good first running deca for 6 weeks is too short you run it at minium of 10 and the same with eq and where is test? dbol should be done in the begining to kick start the cycle

I would definitely put on some more weight keep it all natural before you start to cycle at least that is what I have been told about myself.
