Anzels' 2016/2017 ongoing log.

I have done a few logs over the years. Just finished up a SARM LGD log and had so much fun with it I decided to just keep on going. Other logs were some PSL AAS and Hgh logs. All basically short. Now I want to just run an ongoing log whether I am on blast or not. Mostly for the accountability it will hopefully hold me too

I am starting this log now on blast.
I just started running
Deca 800 along with my 200mg trt dose of test and about 30 to 50 mg of dbol for the first 3 to 4 weeks.

Starting weight is about 192 - 195
Age 43 going on 44.
Goal to maintain a more ripped look and add whatever size I can. Not looking to blow up like old days. I'm middle aged so I gotta think more conservative.

I want to point out that my intensity has been unbelievable! I wish I had been like this in my younger years! Better late than never!
But I am at the point where obsession has taken me away and I don't care if I ever return.

So to get to it.

Chest today.
Smith incline x 5
DB flat bench x 5
Pec dec by x 5 with a DS last 2 sets

That's it for today short and sweet but right in the wheelhouse!

So as you can see I am lean and my attempt with using LGD for about 6 to 7 weeks was to recomp. My diet was the best it had been in a while and I did splurge a few time.... more like binge! At one point I was 189 lbs. But the in an attempt to put on more weight/Muscle using LGD I decided to up my calories.
Photo 1 I'm 189 and on less carbs.
Photo 2 I went heavier on carbs.... and that's when the 6 pack started disappearing! In that pic I'm 195.

Haha I just seen your second pic doing acid or mushrooms and walking into that bathroom would be an out of this world experience
 
Lol! That wallpaper been up for about 35 years now. My ol man built a man cave in the basement with a bar and kitchen and all his Brooklyn Dodgers memorabilia on the walls.
Original 8 track player... then he got the cassette player and he made it all the way to CD player..... but he never got rid of the wall paper !!
He's gone now and I can't bare to ever rip that wall paper down hahaha!
If u notice it's got women's faces on it.
They just stair at u while dropping heat but they never judge you or ask anything more of you!

Funny way to start a log but I just took 2 days off to rest.
Went to a winery yesterday and ate my oatmeal then a turkey wrap. Then I had cheese crackers and wine.
Later that night had some pizza.
Today I ate very well and light.
Only ate about 2300 cals! Very low.
But didn't do.much except go to the store.
I'm ready for bed and tomorrow I lay into so gym time bright and early...

Skullcrushers x 4

30 min cardio recumbent bike

30mg of dbol pre workout and 10mg a few hours later.

Subbed. Did you jump on cycle right after your LGD run or did you allow some time to recover? Did you run a PCT after your LGD?
 
Tuesday. Legs.
Modified workout till my left knee starts feeling better.
Basically no squats and using high foot placement on the leg press as well as extensions are light. But hams get a Good wack.

Seated leg curls x 5
RDL x 4

Heavy calf press on LP
Superset with light leg extension x4

Light weight hi rep LP x 4
Superset with light calf press on LP x4

DB leg curl on a decline bench.
Lay face down with yoUr feet ware your head goes on. The decline.
Squeeze dumbell hard and curl it.
The decline makes it so you nevereally take tension of the movement.
That being said I found 20lb to be challenging using a slowover ent and holding the squeeze on top.
4 sets

Follow that up with DB leg curls on a flat bench now thatyou hams were well fatigued.
4 sets

Low test high deca is familiar to me bUT dbol is new.
30mg preworkout is starting to make me happy! Not seeing gains yet but I definitely feel stronger.
Also feel a little lethargic which I was afraid of. Seems all orals do this to me. Let's see how bad it gets.

Of course I'm adding in more calories everyday. Need to feed that dbol beast.

Wednesday. Rest day. Not really by choice but forced one. But tomorrow I will be in the gym giving it he'll.

I notice dbol is working. Still at 30mg but will raise it to 40mg soon. Today I feel good but like my head is in the clouds. I know it's the dbol. No big deal but between that and some lethargy I may not be able to go higher than 30 or 40mg... time will tell.

Diet is tracking well today but it's a bit off. I have been away from home and eating out the past 2 days.
I'm actually behind on meals but yesterday I ate half a jar of almond butter....bout 1400 cals! So today has to be be light.

Meal 1 2 cups Greek yogurt and a banana
Meal 2 grilled salmon over steamed veggies with olive oil. And a banana nut blast smootie.
Meal 3 chicken breast and pasta
Meal 4 chili made healthy..with beef
Meal 5 chicken breast and leftover baked ziti
Meal 6 protein bar and kind bar and sunflower butter on dried banana chips wI think a handful of chocolate?,

HS bench. I put the seat all the way up and use a close grip and it almost feels like a decline bench. That's right my gym has no HS decline.
Pec dec 5 sets
Machine chest press 5 heavy

30 min cardio

Dbol is great btw! It's like Popeye eating spinach. Instant strength in a can!
But at 40 mg I can feel some sluggishness...maybe I will try adding 25mg ephedrine to it...

Friday..
Sluggish this morning. Went heavy on some carbs last night and feel bloated. I'm just having a coffee but have to get my ass in gear and out the door already 15 min behind schedule. It's 415am. Training back this morning before work.

Edit: made it in to the gym and went with a solid back workout.

Pull ups SS wgpd DS x4

Seated cable row DS x4

Decline sit ups x 4

Reverse fly x 4

Heavy dumbell rows x 4

40 mg dbol definitely gave me some intense strength and some motivation. I'm taking .3mg of adex Ed and ralox to combat estrogen.

I'm feeling good and intended to do cardio and calves later.

Edit: as mentioned.. 30 min of cardio and a good 30 min calve workout checked off the list.
Plus a busy day at work .

Having some cramps in my glutes and quads.... dbol maybe?

Saturday . Shoulders. Weight is up to 196
Not much sleep last night but had a productive shoulder workout early this morning.

Seated DB shldr press x 4
DB lateral x4
Upright Row DS x 4
DB front raise with arm extended x 4
DB Arnold Press x 4

I was doing cable crunch kneeling on the floor and had a nose bleed. Stuffed tissue in my nose and continued. Checked BP and it was normal. No clue what happened there .
Did 40mg of DBOL and I'm seeing size come on and weight is going up and so far I like it.
Hope the bloody nose didn't come from it.

I have been over eating due to some stress but yesterday I managed to stay away from that mess.
Ate approx 2550 calories. Will be trying for about the same today.

Good stuff no banana protein cereal for you ;-)

I tell u what blakey. I did great with my eating yesterday! And I feel no bloat! I was thinking the dbol bloated me but it was all those extra carbs. So as long as I learn along the way
..Alls good.
And that banana protein cereal was horrible. I asked my daughter if she liked it and she said no.
 
Sunday.
Rest day.
And I mean rest! I woke up late. Just made a half decaf coffee and sat on the couch. Would up eating an hour late.
The usual egg whites w spinach and salad and oats meal.
Found I was still hungry so I also had two mini bagles one with sun butter and the other with cream cheese.
Sat down again and feel asleep.
But I woke up feeling even more tired so I jumped in my truck and went to my favorite coffee shop for a Turkish with agave and cream. Ate from my tupperware in the parking lot...egg whites with a yolk and spinach. Meal 2.
Coffee helped. Getting out into the cool fall air helped.
But I am just out of it today.
Maybe....maybe....cardio later. Idk.

Edit: the coffee did me justice! Did 45 min of cardio and some light hamstring work by curling DB on a flat bench.
5lb x 40, 10lb x 35, 15lbx30, 20lb x 30.
All I did was move slow and squeeze hard. Concentrate on TUT and making sure to move the whole ROM without taking any tension off the hams.

So let's call it an active rest day shall we.
