I recommend getting a vial of trestalone or some orals taking before your workout better kick than test suspension that will bring you some decent intensity and then some logs going great guns keep it up

Absolute! I'm around 202. My diet has been off and I eat lots of snacks (some healthy and some chocolate!) And so far I feel beastly. I just trained calves and cardio and I actually went pretty heavy on donkey raise and seated calf. But no way to say if dbol or lack of dbol had any affect.

I woke up and immediately noticed sore triceps! I hit em with a vengeance yesterday.
Felt like I needed more sleep too. Wasn't even gonna bother going to the gym but my 3 yr old daughter once again insisted we go....(yes Milton she spots me! ;-] )
So we went. You don't have to twist my arm to go.
My daughter love the day care but she likes knowing I'm getting my pump on.

Cardio 30 min
Calves.....

Donkey raise 4 sets of 20 (dropped Wt. Each set)
Seated calf raise 4 Heavy sets of 8,8,7,6 then 2 lighter sets of 15, 12
Rotary calf (seated extensions) creeper sets - 4 sets

Dbol is finished after 3 weeks. Sucks cause I think one more week would have been really good for gains.

Current. 200mg test / 750mg deca

Left knee is getting better but it's still problematic...God I wish I had boat loads of hgh I can run to help it heal faster!
So it's an all hammy workout again.
Lying leg curls 3 x 8
Sumo RDL x 4
SLDL x 4...... lower back basically gets tight and tired while doing RDL & SLDL....fuck me! So I'm not giving the hams the workout they need.

Single leg hip thrusts x 4 these are great!

Kneeling leg curl x 4 last set DS

Donkey raises x 4
Seated calf x 4
Rotary calf ext. Creeper sets x 4
Rotary calf DS x 2....lots of reps at the end!

30 min cardio

Today I tried 50mg of TNE sub q with a 27g.
Can't say I noticed anything
 
Do 100mgs and inject just as you do with your gear. If it is good stuff you will not get off, you will be more aggressive.

your running a test base of 200 mg .. your blood levels are prob in the 1100 range . simply injecting 50mg of tne sub q once is NOT going to get you suddenly to that 5000+ ng/dl super-physiolgical range (the range at which real anabolism occurs, and things can be felt).

try running 100mg injected IM (faster absorption) daily before every workout for 2 weeks,, IF your wanting to 'feel' something.
but then again , your running a low test high deca stack , might as well just stay on that and let the deca do its job with the test base.. getting your T levels up to super physioigcal range can just drastically impact negative side effects at this point (unless your powerlifting and just want to get it up there quick for fast strength gains).

I believe you have a point! I was just looking for something to replace an oral cause I seem to feel lousy on orals....had to cut dbol short by week cause of sides a feeling lethargic.
But I'm running low test for a reason so spiking my test sort of defeats the purpose. Well you live and you learn...

something like Proviron or Masteron might be that extra bit of edge you may be looking for ,, without additional aromatization or sides of adding more test, or the 'toxic' feeling you get from some of the orals.
can be very synergistic with test and deca, and free up more test to be used more efficiently, has slight anti E properties, Plus a lot of guys feel pretty darn good on either.. I personally add Masteron to every cycle i do now (wither a bulk of a cut). currently running test and deca myself with 400 mg of mast.

Good point but the times I've used test suspension
I don't even really add it to my overall weekly mgs I usually only have 500mg weekly oil and if I have 3 100 mg shots of suspension I don't really count it as 800 mg of test all up even though that's really what I'm having I only really consider it a Pre workout same as pinning epinephrine sort of if that makes any sense I don't really think that anzel only being on trt doses really makes that much of a difference and I've pinned it sub q and intra m and I don't think there's much difference but your right any intra m injection is supposed to be a quicker onset time I just don't think it's worth the extra pain lol plus I've dosed sus up to 200mg and it still doesn't come close to ment for a Pre workout I went and bought 2 more bottles just to use as a Pre workout it's scary how good the stuff is
 
Rest em up day. Busy with domestic duties today.
Yesterday day was teaching my 3 yr old how to kick a soccer ball around. She was having fun. My new goal is to be a jacked up pee wee league soccer coach lol.

Rouse I actually have a plan to use some mast this summer . If I enjoy it then I may do as you do. Also good point bout the proviron. Thanks

So I usually train mornings but I'm stuck in the middle of some details this morning. I will have to train later except I have to be home by 145. I hate this cause I don't know if I will be able to squeeze it in.
Diet so far today is lame. A protein bar (candy bar if you think about it) a gallon of coffee cause I slept like shit. A greens drink.
I'm looking after an ailing loved one and my routine is out of wack.... this is where I have to dig deep to keep this freight train rolling on track. Diet,sleep and training all being of course. Extra stress and lack of focus. Then diet mistakes create negative feelings to contend with.
But as the cypress hill song says... I ain't going out like that!
I am hell bent to get right and crush.

Hopefully will post up my pull workout later...wish me luck
 
Anzel, you know that lethargy is a side affect with low E2 ?? It can also be with high E2 but much more prominent at low levels. :idea:
 
Mike your saying in reference to how I felt on dbol?
Ever since I stopped taking it I'm good.

HS iso lateral pull down 3 x 15,12,10
HS Low row 3 x 8
HS hi row 3 x 8

DB curl. Not alternating like I always do. I curled both at the same time and I found it was harder. Had to go lighter.. 3 sets

Chin ups. All tired out by this point did 3 sets with strict form for 4 to 5 reps.

Precor curl machine DS. 3 sets felt the burn!
Calves.. seated calf extension 3 sets 15,13, 10

Seated calf raise 3 sets of 20. I'm finding 50 lbs to be challenging. I am hitting 20 reps so I need to add weight or do a 4th set.

Donkey calf raise 400 x 20, 360 x 20, 320 x 18??

I just feel like the higher rep work gets into the muscle deeper for calves. But next Donkey calf work I do I will add there 45 lb plates on top and do 10 sets of 5

Diet is so son. I eat but sometimes it aint pretty.
 
Nice log bro I love the Preacher curl machine doing my reps nice and slow with a good pause/squeeze at the top! Anyways everytime i see your name I think of that scene from zoolander where Will Farrells character is like, Hansel, he's so hot right now. Lol. Keep up the good work bro
