Good intensity and used some damn decent weight for me... wow! Dbol does work quick. And weight is going up. Also feel hungry alot.
 
Tuesday.
Modified leg routine.
My left knee is feeling alot better but still feel like I need to nurse it a little longer.
Seated smith calves x 4
Standing smith calves x4
Seated hamstring curl x6
SS with
Leg press calf raise x6 (trying something different here. Instead of keeping my knees semi locked I am actually bending them a little bit and then popping the weight up. Sort of simulating a type of jumping calf raise. This gives my calves a good stretch and allows either more weight or more reps.)

Incline DB Ham string curl x 4
Flat bench hamstring curl x 4
(I'm really loving these. Can't do alot of weight cause you have to squeeze your feet together to hold the weight. I use a very slow movement and let the weight down and stop short of full stretch and hold it for 2 sec. The incline really cooks my hams and then I switch to flat bench and go up in weight cause the flat bench makes it easier. Kinda like a drop set effect.)

DB straight leg dead lifts x 4

Followed up that with 30 min cardio.

Later on in hit another 30 min cardio

Diet

Woke up ....
1/2 cup oats , banana, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.

Post workout;
3/4 c oats
8 EW
2 cups spinach.

Pre lunch snack
7 EW
1 whole egg
3/4 c oats
2 cups spinach

Lunch
7 Oz chix breast
Big ol salad

Dinner 1 at 5pm
6oz chix
Cauliflower
6 Oz sweet tater

Dinner 2 7pm
6 Oz chix
Cauliflower

Ate approx 2200 to 2400 cals which is low for me. Not really hungry.

Got an idea for your calf raises on the leg press. Grab a short bar or 2x4 about 4feet long..
I use one of the neoprene covered weighted bars that people use for trunk twist etc.
Anyway, I'll put 3 plates on ea side of the sled then do calf raises like you mentioned with a semi locked knee for enough reps my rom is compromised, then I'll strip off a plate and keep going until I can't get full rom, then I'll use the bar to help push the foot platform up., using the bar to get forced reps until I can't stand the pain any longer. Rest for about 1 min then do it agin for another two sets

That's a damn good idea! A simple trick but I wouldn't have ever thought of it.

Chest abs and a bit o' calves.

Calf press on leg press x 4
DB flat bench x 4
SS with incline push ups
Pec dec x 4 with some bw calf raise off the floor
Dips x 4 leaning forward knees to chest to isolate pecs
DB flat fly x 4
Tri rope push down x 4

Later today I hope to get in on some soccer practice with some guys from work and then tonight get in on a short mountain bike ride. If I do both then that's some good cardio if I can't make it to either then I will try to hit the bike in my basement.....

Workout

Cross body DB curl SS v bar pushdown (going real heavy) x 4
I notice when u go.heavy on v bar pushdown I recruit some chest Muscle into the movement. Isolation of tris is less but can't hurt to nail the pecs a little Extra.

12 sets today. Less than my normal but hit it all with good intensity.

Also hit abs 5 sets of cable crunches
And some stretching of hams calves and back.... I never stretch enough.

I'm going to see how I do on 50mg dbol as today I felt strong as hell but I better start checking my BP on a daily cause it feels a bit high. I'm taking .3mg adex a day and ralox as counter measures.
I also take a little cialis for bp and prostate.

I'm sitting at 200 lbs now so dbol is working it's magic!

Two update photos. Why do they post sideways?? Loving the veins in my legs!
I'm seeing a good appetite and dbol can go a long way. But I need to really keep sodium down....I can't believe the water retention from dbol. Maybe .3adex/day is too low.

I'm probably gonna keep the dbol at 3 weeks. No sense in messing around with its potential for causing high bp. That combined with stress is not good.

Bad sleep last night so no early a.m. workout today.

Monday.
Funny. I'm driving home and thinking about making a cup of coffee and taking a nap on the couch and like I was on autopilot my arm just turned the wheel and I was off the hi way and found myself at the gym... it ingrained now o guess.
I felt like shit. Tired. Mentally exhausted a little stressed and I wound up having a decent session working on Hamstrings....

Lying leg curl x 4
Sumo RDL x 4
SLDL x 4 but last set only 3 reps cause my back got tired. Using bad form today I suppose.
Single leg hip thrusts x 4
Seated leg curl x 4 last set was a DS
Standing calf raises x 4

Went home for some shredded beef rice and broccoli and way too much corn bread! Corn bread and coffee is excellent.
Ok now it's nap time and we'll deserved.

Oh and as far as dbol is concerned I like it but I'm getting high bp. I am not in the right frame of mind right now to be on it. I will stop taking it. But want to make 3 weeks.
 
Tuesday
Chest...

Seated machine press x 5 tried not to go below 8 reps so I had to lower the weight last 2 sets.

Cable Flys 5 x 20 (or at least try to hit 20) I change the position of where the cables sit each set. First I set them high then shoulder height then low. I start to fatigue ND lower the weight and do the fourth set even higher and then 5th set even lower for reps. With a good wide open stretch.
Pec dec x 5... as heavy as possible no lower than 8 reps

15 sets total and then did 4 sets of drop set calf extension. That's a drop set every set.

Done.

Dbol at 50 mg has me super strong it's crazy! But bp is starting to be a prob.
I take 2.5 mg cialis, 1200mg magnesium, baby aspirin, fish oil, cayenne pepper mixed in water with honey and apple cider vinegar.
All either lower bp or thin blood.
I am also taking adex at .3mg/day which may even I should try raising. But I already decided to cut the dbol at 3 weeks.
I will try it again one day when life is calmer for me and I can really focus on a low sodium diet.
I will start at 10mg pre workout and go as high as 20mg pre workout. Off days I just won't take it. At least that's what I'm considering.

Pull ups SS WGLP DS x 4

Seated cable rows DS x 4

Decline sit ups SS Reverse flies x 4 last set DS

Some bicep work too
Alt DB curls heavy x 1 set
Rope hammer curl DS x 1 set
DB curls DS very heavy all the way down the rack

30 min on recombinant bike.

Changed up my routine starting today.
Push Legs Pull
Still will be employing drop sets rest pause cheat reps and super sets. But not as heavily.
Reason being I was starting to developers bad habits...nothing major but work ethic was degrading.
I really think I'm a bit ground down from outside stress...
I am going to try to get more rest days in and make sure I deliver the needed intensity when I do train.
That's what was less then stellar on the old routine....my intensity.
But I got it back today with day 1 PUSH! And I only slept a few hours ....Basicallyyou sleep was total dog shit and 2 cups of Joe and sheer will power got me into the sanctum of iron... that and the 2 bowls of ice cream I ate last night and was feeling guilty about :-<>
