Arm size

my arms suck. When I started training I was reading all over the place that all you needed were the big, compound moves and that isolating bodyparts were useless. The result? Decent torso, tiny arms.

Oh well, live and learn. It's a little frustrating that I'll forever be playing catch up with them though

Lean 17". I think a lot of things are genetic, even with substaces involved. My buds at the gym bench more than I do but I squat more than any of them, its just how you were made I guess.

This might be a dumbass question but do you measure them pumped after an arm workout or first thing in the morning when all the blood is still in your morning wood? lol

Also is it strange that my left arm is quite a bit larger than my right? I'm talking close to an inch difference.

I met Gregg Valentino (the man who's arms exploded ) 2 years ago at a amusement park and wow his arms are stil crazy big Has anyone tried synthol? I don't think I could use it but it's tempting to try

Not that Gregg used synthol. Lol he was very nice when I talked to him. Got a pic taken with him and my daughter and he actually ran out to his car to get me some MD back issues and it must have been 90 degrees that day so I'm not bad mouthing him by any means

I'll go with genetics everytime! However, we can push our potential genetics to their limits if we train, eat and sleep correctly. I have 17.8' arms (natural and unpumped). Hope when I start my first cycle in 16yrs they will start to grow?...lol

Fuck arm size alone! What is the ratio of your arms:calves? That's my struggle...the arms will just grow and grow, but the calves are stubborn, so I basically have to work calves twice as hard. However, currently they're the exact same size :D

...which for me is only 16.5 cold :(

17.25 inches = weakest body part for me and always has been.

My calves are 19" inches.

I'm 5'4" 181 pounds and 7.1% body fat.

Cashout I'm definitely envious of your calf development my man! Have they always been larger than your arms? ...that tends to be pretty rare in BBers.

Annnd maybe share the routine that got them where they are today? :D
