My Centrum bottle says that 2mg is the 100% DV. So 600mg/day is 30,000% of the daily recommended value. But as mentioned above, it doesn't matter with water soluable vitamins. I take 50,000% of my B5 recommended value every day and am still alive, and acne free might I add.
when taking any b vit you must make sure that you don't take to much of one without upping the dose on the others because the body will get rid of excess. not just of the b vit you're taking say b-12 or b-6 but of all the b complex. your body does not destinquish which one there is more of it just gets rid of excess b-complex. ( from the 3rd addition of the nutrition almanac) so if you're taking 1000mcg of b-12 every other day it makes sense to up the dose on the others. or if you're taking 6 times the rda dose of b-6 take 3-4 times the dose of the rest of the b vit. the b-vits work together. anyway that may be the reason it would fuck things up when you come off of b-6. i take b-12 shots every other day and i take 4 times the rda of the other b vits. i'll be bumpin up my b-6 to see if it has any affect on the lump in my nip. i'm pretty sure its from tren
I just looked this up on a product that has B-6 in it. Now the only thing that could be different is that the B-6 that is in this product is (pyridoxine HCl) so I really dont know if there is a different B-6 that is being used for Gyno.
Here is a paste from the label.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 20 mg 1,000% (US RDA) so actually 600mg's would be 30,000%.
Here's one from Puritan Pride labels, this is 100mg and it says that this is 5,000% US RDA. They even have a 200mg B-6 and that say's 10,000% US RDA. If there selling these and there 10,000% US RDA for one capsule then I guess it's not unsafe.
