Beast in training
So I was talking to a buddy of mine and he said something that im not sure is true, but sounds theoreticly correct seeing how "tricking" your muscles brings gains. He told me that every once and a while I should change the time of day I workout. Do you guys think this matters or not really? My main gym is pretty busy all day so im usually there late, around 11pm, should I try and start working out in the early a.m for a bit?
