4 sets, can't remember weight

Lying leg curls
4 sets, think 110

Calf Raise
2 plates, buncha sets
 
I'm still leaning out and staying around 240lbs... I feel like i'm just slowly dropping fat, and building muscle. Really amazing.

Thanks killboy. I had an awesome chest workout Monday. I missed working out yesterday because I stayed home and played Diablo 3 all day!

1st... sick transformation, you really look great and i have been taking notes. i am about at your starting stats 6'5 224lb and you might have a copy cat here real soon as i would love to be 245/250 but have only seen 238lb as my max weight.

2nd... in your dead lift video there is a guy behind you..... check his eyes .... he checked you out and i cant believe no one here mentioned that.... lol.

You're a tall dude. I was 225ish at 6'. Make sure you get that diet down if you want to gain weight. With my new job now, I have a very hard time eating, that is why i am no longer gaining weight. Really sucks, but I am getting leaner and leaner.
 
I've been sick for about teh last week, have dropped down to 234.

I've also dropped my deca from cycle, and added in 100mg of Tren Ace EOD.

Couple guys told me I looked huge in the gym today, asked me how I was getting so big and lean. "Diet!"
 
I'm still fucking sick, but been able to get into the gym all last week, and this week as well. Getting leaner all the time, starting to be pretty happy with my look.
