Blood pressure variations and problems

Hey,

I've been running tren e 400 and test e 500. It's currently week 6. Over the past two days, I been getting these slight headaches during the night after my work out. Not sure if it's from all the stress of school or if it's from the tren.

I went to the store and used one of the pharma cuff machines:
180/95...

I then went home and took my own readings using this machine and did it several times:
165/75, 135/45... I got a bunch of weird numbers too like this. It doesn't add up to me and I'm thinking the machine at home is junk.

Does any 1 have a reliable BP machine that they can vouch for that they bought in the store?

Not exactly sure on what to do. I can't even confirm if it's BP cause the results keep varying, when is the best time do measure it and how can I get a accurate reading?

PS: I'm running 2.4g fish oil in morning and 2.4g fish oil at night + 1g garlic ED..

Also, I'm running .5 adex e3d. Last time I checked by bloods, During my 500mg Test PW cycle.. I ran .5 adex e3d and my est turned out to be about 64. So I'm assuming it's the same this cycle? Should I increase .5 adex to .75?

Would adding 81mg ED baby asprin help lower BP at all? I don't want to stack this IMO cause I do run oral accutane too with NAC.

Mike,
1st--those electronic bp machines in the local Wal Mart are sketchy AND my blood pressure usually goes up just checking...especially if I m in my Doc s office but I m a freak...don t take much to raise mine mentally. Just getting around the behemoth s that my state Mississippi is known for....pisses me off.
2nd- Purchase and learn to use the old school arm wrap with the ball pump and stethoscope and do it right---it s e z...after pumping to x, you bleed it off a little and when you see the needle hover or jump/feel the skip...and then again...there s your numbers.

Like when I weigh on my digital scale ( I can t have one of those big ass old school scales in my little bunker by the bay..I alway s do it 3 times and take the average when using electronic shit)

AND wrappping ur arm, the cluster fuck that is involved if ur not fluid will drive it too. BUT u and a fellow gear-head could do each other so to speak.

Back when I was a federal School Crossing guard on a 4, 6 10 man team everyone had a second job...I was a cert. combat medic...anyone in this game needs to become more independent w re to doing the routine checks like oil pressure, fluid levels, type of fuel u put in the machine.

3 rd- AAS, especially those converting to estro inherently can and will cause some amount of water retention. Put a water cell in your trunk and the motor has to work harder just to come of the line (couch) and move.

Ur number s were high on a couple readings but you said u used a rx machine. So you walked in, dealt with the public etc.

I bet off cycle ur good to go.

Just go to a blood donation place and let them use thier machines. I did that yesterday

I did use a Walmart Cuff machine. I did it maybe like 20 minutes after my work out. The store was near and I had to pick some things up. The machine one I'm using at home is electronic and it's from walmart i think. I know that some of the readings it gives are junk, I mean 45 diastolic?? Makes no sense to me.

I'll look into this arm pumps things next time I go to the store. Especially if the headaches continue for a few days. My exams are over for now, so I guess well see how it is this weekend.

Just go to a blood donation place and let them use thier machines. I did that yesterday

What do u mean? I donate blood before blasts and just about after blasts usually to clear up my Hemocrit and let my body take it easy on cruises. I had good hemocrit around 44.5 about 6 weeks ago. So I'm sure I can finish the blast till week 16 and then donate to clear that up as usual. I ran test before this for 22 weeks and my hemo only went up to about 50 or so before I donated? Not too worried.

Anyways, U said that they check BP for free? Can I just walk in their and request it without having to donate blood? They usually always do app and make u go through all this stuff. So I'm not sure. For now I'd just like a verfication by a expert that my BP is okay, then I'm going to look into teut's method oldschool to do it afterward.

it's still shocking to me how over 5g+ fish oil ED is not enough to keep BP in place tbh.

Have you tried Cialis? 3-5 mg ED. RUI is having a sale on the 27th it looks like..

You've donated blood or no? You need to keep up with that too.

I have an electronic test at home, 117/78 before leaving. Then I went to get bloodwork and had it checked again an hour later, 117/78.

3mg of Cialis ED, and blood donations every 10-12 weeks. Think it will do you very well and calm your worries, which will also help with blood pressure values lol

I mean use their machine to get accurate BP if yours fluctuates and you wanted accurate reading.

What is some OTC stuff for BP? when i ran 500 test only, 5g of fish oil ED was enough to bring it from 155-160 range to 130 easily. I've never experimented with Cialis or any of that kind of stuff. I trust RUI.

Would taking Cialis with 5g Fish oil ED be alright? Or should I drop the fish oil to 2g ED.
Does cialis have any effect on the liver whatsoever?

And u say 3mg is good enough ED of it?

I use RUI for adex, it's pretty good.

3-5mg ED is a dose that will drop people's BP by 5-10 pts typically sometimes more. Doesn't take much really. RUI has it 30mL, 30mg/mL. That's 900mg or 300, 3mg doses, or 180, 5mg doses.

I'd say it's perfectly fine to take alongside any standard supplement. Idk about other pharmaceuticals.. but it's such a low dose that it would have little interaction I'd bet.

Oh, and don't stray away from donating. Can't stress that enough. If you're taking anything toxic (accutane), just call the next day or two after donation and tell them you have the flu or something so they'll throw out your blood.

Good luck bro!

Your arms are probably to big to find one that works. I have the same problem. I have hbp and a heart condition that I need to monitor. Mine hasn't fit for awhile. Call your primary care doctor and ask. You don't need a stroke or an mi for sure.

The health benefits of fish oil come at 4g/day so dont go below that. I know fish oil is good for HDL but wasnt aware it helps keep BP lower.

Fish oil has a tonne of benefits from reducing inflammation, lowering BP, fatty acid mobilization, nutrient partitioning etc... IIRC Lyle McDonald mentioned in one of his books the list of benefits from fish oil is over two pages long. One of the best all round supps IMO.

He also mentioned this on a Q&A on his website:

Some work has identified that the body will hit a limit (in terms of plasma saturation) on DHA at 1.2 grams per day which is the equivalent of 10X1 gram fish oil capsules. That would also provide 1.8 grams EPA for a total of 3 grams per day of fish oil. Under most conditions, I think this is more than enough. :)

I've heard coq10 can help same with grape seed extract. I have high blood pressure and I take atenolol for it which is a beta blocker. I would consider going to the doctors and getting your blood pressure checked or maybe getting on blood pressure medication through a doctor if it doesn't go down some time soon. I would also be careful doing bench presses and stuff like that because when your blood pressure gets really high it is easy to black out when your exercising. I might just be on the paranoid side about things though but whenever my blood pressure gets really high on a cycle I try to use more machines and stuff like that in case I some how pass out and crush my neck with a barbell. Lol sorry for painting such a nasty picture man.

180/95 is pretty damn high and it seems like your having a problem getting a correct reading that is the only reason I recommend going to the doctors. I go to the doctor all the time though I have good insurance and get paranoid if anything is wrong with me, and want to get it checked out right away.

Mike,

Your causing your blood pressure to go up....

Tet,

I went to the Doc today and got a standard, non-electronic BP test by him. It turned out to be 175/88 the first time. And I requested he do it again to see if the values repeat and it turned out to be 173/88. Pretty much the same.

I was not too worried about the BP after u guys said this stuff, but I've been getting these slight-headaches at night and in the morning and it's noticeable enough to me. So I did the doc to confirm it after all this BS readings.

I'm still running over 5g fish oil, 1g garlic ed.

I looked into my diet and as of the past week, I did switch in some new stuff (mostly canned things like sauce and beans), which I've added to my bulk diet. These new things added basically 4g Na ED to my diet in the past week. (I prob take in about 6g Na ED on avg this past week).

Idk what to do right now and I don't want to drop the tren e, It's just on point at week 6 for me. So I need to fix this BP issue. All I can think of right now is cut those canned items out and lower the sodium, raise my adex from .5 to .75 e3d, take some celery sticks, take 81mg baby asprin ed.

I don't have any cialis or anything else on hand and I'm getting worried now cause I know that BP is no joke for long term. Thoughts?

Glad I did not seem to make light...ur right in taking this seriously. I d say the dropping of the caned sodium and all the shit that goes in w it is a great start.

Increase your water to help shed more water. Tren also can constrict the little veigne s in the lungs to some degree I ve heard..ie..your having, ur heart, work harder to deliver o2 to a very taxed cardio pulmonary system. As u know...tren kill s cardio...

I d say you got a solid plan in place bro...

U got a p m in 2 ms

Ok guys. When I went to the Doc I had 175/88...

2 Days later (measure with a scope): 165/80..

It's getting better, but I'm getting these really bad headaches all day.

Currently taking/doing:
-Remove as much Na from diet
-Up adex from .5 to .75 E3D
-Take 81mg baby asprin ED
-Take 6g Fish oil ED
-Take 1g Garlic ED

I was thinking about adding in:
-Take Calcium 1.5g ED
-Take Magnesium 1.2g ED
-Take Potassium 900mg ED

Hopefully to help lower water weight and remove more salt from my system.

I'm also thinking about going to the doc tomorrow to get Lisinopril. It's just that these headaches are making me really upset.

EDIT: I don't suppose any 1 knows how to drop sodium/water weight really quick? I feel like it may be the main problem currently for me. Or how long does salt stay in the body?

Maybe you should consider lowering your dosages until you get your blood pressure under control or possibly stopping the cycle. Headaches and high blood pressure aren't exactly the best signs. I can't really think of any safe ways to drop water or sodium quickly. I know that drinking more water will help your body retain less water but I don't know how quick that will work.

does Lisinopril work asap? I really don't want to stop the cycle. It took me 6 week to load up on tren e with no kick start...

Looking at different forums and websites its saying the effects take any where between 2 to 4 weeks to fully kick in. The people who commented on how long for it to kick in said about 2 to 3 weeks, and the medical web site I looked at said about 2-4 weeks. I would seriously look into this your self I'm not trying to be rude at all. I just mean to me high blood pressure is a serious health issue and this is something you need to research about or consult with your doctor about. I'm not a doctor and when it comes to pharmaceutical medication like blood pressure pill's and stuff like that it is over my head to give advice about those subjects.

I think a doctor would tell you to stop the cycle obviously, and I think that would be the safest thing to do. If your not going to stop the cycle though lowering the dosage could be a good idea while also going to your doctor to get blood pressure medication. Next time I would stick with a fast acting form of tren instead of something like tren E. Maybe some of the other mods would have some better advice.
