Ok guys, I've decided to run a blast for 20 weeks. (On TRT 225 EW for past five years) Here is my brief history. I'm 39 years old, 6' 203. Worked out since junior high. Played football from junior high thru NCAA I , so I have a few nagging injuries. My BF was checked by local trainer with 3 point and she said it was 11%. 3J will be final judge of that. I've used 3J in the past, for a cut, so extremely excited to finally utilize him for a LEAN bulk. I've never used a ugl before, so going to keep a very open mind about PSL and their gear. GotGrowth has been awesome with order (as everyone says) BUT I've done numerous cycles, so will keep an unbiased opinion about their company, and post accordingly. Here is my cycle, keeping it KISS (keep it simple stupid)

250 Test E X2 PW 1-20
200 Deca X2 PW 1-20
100 mast ace EOD 14-20
AI, dopamine, as needed monitoring thru labs.
Return to TRT week 21

I'll walk y'all thru ALL the process. It started last night with my order with PSL. Now it's on to hollering at 3J. Will start posting pics, and workouts, when I have EVERYTHING in place.
 
OK I told y'all I would walk you thru entire process of this journey. I've already set up a 20 week program with 3J, he's spot on as always. Now going thru some minor (at the time anyways) problems with PSL. Hopefully all this can be rectified quickly. Having labs done next week to show y'all where I am EXACTLY on 225 EW of TRT, and also to use as a reference to how I respond to PSL products on 500 test and 400 deca. I have an idea where I should be on it, but we will see. Going to then have labs drawn every 4 weeks, may be a little over kill, but better safe then sorry. I'm not being paid or hooked up for using either companies, so my views will be completely honest and unbiased.
 
Ok just a quick update. Waiting on gear from PSL. Got an email from USPS showing it's in the US and is in route:) here's a few pics of final cutting before I start bulking. I've already had breakfast, coffee, and a liter of water when this was taken:( have I mentioned I'm fucking hungry... DAMN... Going to cut for another week or so, then going to show how DIET and the use of minimal amount of "GOOD" gear will provide you great results. I'm telling you 3J is probably saying DAMN he's OCD, but you HAVE to be dialed in on the nutrition aspect, to get the desired results...

Houston, we have GEAR PORN..... First shipment has landed, BUT I've made a few changes, and ordered additional gear, SO it's back to holding for a minute. What else can I say PSL and GotGrowth has come thru YET again. 3J is on stand by with me for a 20 week bulk. Brother I would love to say it's easy to shred, but it's not. You have to be disciplined in diet. And with PSL on board, I'll be adding some goooood size while keeping fat to a minimum. Pics are test 250 deca 200. Y'all's customer service is second to none. Keep up the great work
 
Ordered DBOL and more deca. I've changed my cycle yet again:) here's how it will look when second order of gear comes in from PSL.
Week 1-4 DBOL 40 mgs ed (dosage may go up if all goes well)
Week 1-20 test 500 EW
Week 1-20 deca 650 EW
Prami and AI as needed
Ok god damn it got to admit. I've had 100 mg of test susp before the last few workouts. PSL's gear is smooth as shit, and despite of the myth that susp offers as a pre workout, man oh man what a placebo. Lol, workouts are harder more focused and just feel more vascular and fuller. AND wife just said woodies are hard as hell:) Also my base is already at 1200 on TRT at 225, so blasting 100 mg of pure test rockets my levels. Never used Suspension without PIP like hell, until now. Get on boards boys, there gear is the shit. May never go domestic again...

I've kinda been doing a modified Schredder workout. Hitting each body part minimum twice a week. I've never worked body parts twice a week, but got to say I'm really enjoying it. Doing less exercises per workout, but hitting them twice a week. Digging it. I've got my second order coming in from PSL, to complete me cycle of DBOL 40 ed, test 500ew, and deca 650 per week, BUT in my first order I ordered some suspension, soooooo decided wtf started 100mg an hour before workout. AND DAMN, guys I'm not going to argue science behind doing this, I'm just going to say DONT knock it before you try it. It's fucking awesome. It's not like a pre workout drink or pill, it's more a focused, I'm going to kill this shit feeling. PSL's suspension is absolutely the smoothest Ive ever used.

All movements are completely concentrated. Squats had wheels blown up, with going that slow and deep. Had two guys ask why I don't go heavier? My response was why would I?? Lol. BTW been extremely strict on diet for about 9 months, with the help of 3J. Starting 20 week bulk on Monday, and have to send out props to 3J for my diet. He's flawless once again.... BUT last night I cheated, man did I cheat. Large meat lovers from Pizza Hut. Ate every fucking slice. Lol, and did not feel guilty in the least. Back to the chicken today though:(

205 1/2. I'm up 3 1/2 lbs. all I've done is add more carbs to PWO, and more complex carbs to two other meals. AND 100mg suspension preworkout:) PSL's gear is smooth and the workout is insane. Here is today's workout.
