Carao & RBC count

Carao & RBC count.

I got blood work results back Friday, my RBC has gone from 169 in July to 176 current. Been taking 1 tsp/day for just about 2 months. In July when blood work was done I had just finished a test, deca, Winstrol (winny) cycle if that makes any difference.
Problem is I don't know much about what that increase represents, what is normal. etc. The Doc said is was a healthy increase but thats all he said and I didn't pursue it further with him.

Thoughts....?

Bump! I would like to know the answer to this as well. I have also been wondering if your rbc levels drop below normal if you stop using it.

Just off the top of my head I know that increased RBC causes better aerobic respiration, thus better caridovascular output. Theoretically this might make you able to train harder (atleast endurance wise) and possibly give you better results...(but bloodwork results really aren't my specialty so I am really just speculating and running with it here...)

I just got mine...I'm afraid to taste it!! The smell, OMG....its so bad!!

SG, what is the best way to take it??

Trust me: Mix 1 tablespoon it into an Isopure Strawberry Flavor P-shake..........add some Splenda or Stevia (non-carb sweetners).....throw down the pie-hole.

Yum-yum

It's smell is worst than the taste!

LS......the taste is not near as bad as the smell. I actually got used to the taste and just have a drink of water afterwards.

The trick is to Never Smell It !!

Dreejay is the carao conosieur. I just take a straight spoon and don't complain.

I agree with StoneCold... don't smell it.

You are correct sir! The smell is soooo much worse than the taste. It went down fine!

I would but I didn't get a copy from the doc. :(

I'll try phoning there on Monday, maybe they will fax me the results.
If I get them, they'll be posted here.

Bro, what brought on that change in the HDL/LDL? That is an awesome improvement to my lay eyes.

That is exactly what my doc said. I really beleive it was messed up from the Armidex I was taking with last cycle.
I started taking Flush Free Niacin & doing 1/2 hr of light cardio every morning, nothing changed as far as my diet went though.

Sofa, notice the RBC count was up as well, Carao maybe?

I think there needs to be a scientific study done on Careo... right now, we are all just shooting at the hip as to what its possible effects could be. ;)

All I know is that my endurance has gone up TONS since I have been using it (beginning of January)... and my strength has just started to go up. If Careo is used for Anemic kids... it would make sense that your RBC would go up... but like I said, that is just a common sense guess...

IMO:
What stands out the most signficantly is the dramatic positive effects this had on your cholesterol profile. From what I'm seeing in your comparative analysis, this is one HELL of a cholesterol profile enhancement agent. Holy CRAP your cholesterol profile improved! Congrats! I understand that Arimidex did you some harm to and discontinuing its use definitely played a major role as well. I don't believe that discontinuing the arimidex ONLY cause this (I would love to get ahold of your prior medical records too). I'll go out on a limb and say this with a degree of certainty: I believe Carao definitely has some positive cholesterol effects in addition to being a purported RBC elevator (theory). It would be very conceivable to believe this because of its purported effects on hematology. It seemed to have reduced the platelet count significantly. A good adult male platelet count should be right around 265. They give you a big range here due to fluctuations in immune system which can cause an abrupt drop in number. You still seem to be in "decent range" though. I would like to see this assessed evaluated regularly for awhile though. Having a low platelet count is DANGEROUS (internal bleeding). With respect to the RBC count and Hemoglobin (HGB), they have increased (slightly) which would in fact be consistent with its claims as being able to increase RBC's (and therfore heme conc. and count). However, this is NOT a significant change. It does support the theory, but not by much as it also would had been more evident in the MCHC values (by the way, you forgot to include MCH values). It certainly did not cause negative results. Maybe runing the carao for longer periods of time, will in fact alter these numbers more-----it is a possibility.

This Carao stuff is worth exploring for so many reasons; now we can add cholesterol enhancement to the list.

By the way, B-3 (Niacin) does work well at lowering TOTAL cholesterol but it does NOT raise HDL (carao?) and it's not well known for its triglyceride lowering effect (carao?). Again, it "could be" the discontinuing of the -dex (we need more scientific studies!).

Looks promising :)

SC: Not sure if you are aware of this: your HGB (hemoglobin) went from 169-176 (not your RBC). I wasn't sure if you thought your RBC's are what made the little jump? Just checkin brutha ;)
