Cardio for the big man.

Had to repost this one cause it got skimmed over. Wonder why...

Would it be more effective to do 2 sprint interval sessions a day (each being 15min, 30sec on, 30-45sec off), or perhaps...one hour of incline walking and one interval session?

Since i am a lineman i dont see much use in jogging long distances, so would this method be effective? Should i just hang a slab of raw meat in front of my face and go at it?

Have any of you used the HIIT method with success?

CMON you buff fuckers, answer me.
 
If you're a lineman, train like you play. How long does a play last? Sprint for that long. How long is the average rest? Rest that long.

I don't see walking doing too much good. Do some type of other work like sled pulls, weighted wheel barrow, etc.
 
Back in the day, i used to be a lineman when i was a bit heavier before i became a fullback, but i trained sprint intrevals....use the football field to ur advantage! sprint 20 yards, jog back, rest for 10 seconds
rinse and repeat for optimal effect.

Thanks guys. Im down to 268 from 285 so something must be working =P. Havent lost any muscle either..ok..maybe a little bit, but my lifts havent gone down much. ONWARD!
