Cardio while on Test!? Thoughts?

Doing cardio is a no brainer. We all know its an intergral part of most all good workout programs. For for those of us playing sports, endurance athletes or even military who run more than the average bear... What are some of your thoughts on high volume cardio on cycle? How has it affected cardio or muscular endurance?
I run nearly 5 mi a day almost every day and I must say test has negatively affected my legs. I seems to fatigue faster in my lower back and legs. However I have noticed a slight cardio endurance boost.
Also the weight gain has slowed my run times a bit.. Share ur thought comments or any facts on this subject if u will.

elevated hematacrit murdered my stamina..

as some time passed and i made gains - my strength and explosive power increased so much i could care less about the maybe 15-20% decrease in endurance.. know i will lose some strength off cycle, but hematacrit will level off and my endurance should be unreal.

For some odd reason I can kindda relate. My cardios a big sluggish now on cycle. But its probably because im 16lbs heavier.
 
Would you guys say doing cardio on test elevates fat loss? I know test increases fat loss, but have you guys noticed that doing cardio on test makes your abs stick out more, or your waist gets tighter or more shredded?

What exactly are you asking? Cardio with or without test increases fat loss, providing of course your diet is dialed in.

Me personally, yes. I can't say for sure that is a placebo effect or not. I try to get everything I can out of my cycle by strict diet and training. I know it should be that way all the time, but the motivation of the cycle makes it easier for me. Anyway, JMO. Vets?

I heard test prop increases metabolism and therefore helps to decrease fat. Whenever I even see fat people cycle test and they show after pictures, their waist looks much smaller and tighter, a v-line more evident etc, their muscles more toned.

Test itself does not neccessarily increase metabolism or fat loss. The increase in muscle mass however, does burn more calories leading to an accelerated loss of fat, especially when coupled with cardio.

I lost a bunch of bf on my first cycle of prop and anavar in only 10 wks. But that was the most dramatic transformation this far. Went from 21% to around 10% with moderate cardio and crossfit. And only lifting heavy twice a week.
Lets see of we can't keep this thread moving...

Great point. Though my over bf was down by over half, my cardio endurance was still hindered. But when cycle ended my endurance was almost doubled... Running 6:20 min miles for 5 miles no prob
 
I've been on for almost 10 years and have had to do some brutal training near the beginning of it, it was hard but I got it done. Just within the last year I trained for and finished a half marathon and at the end I felt like I could go forever. I think it can slow you down a bit and there is no doubt that certain drugs like tren and dbol have more of a negative effect but when you need to make something happen you can do it.
 
I have to agree with that one. I did an 8 mi run the other morning and noticed that mile 1-3 were agonizing and everything hurt and I felt like MAX effort was producing only moderate results. Then miles 4&5 I almost stopped because every couple minutes the pump and burning sensation in my lower back was intense! Then about mile 6-7 everything went numb and I opened my gate from about a 9:30 pace to a 6:20 pace and held until mile 7. Then all I could think about thru mile 8 was finishing so I could limp back to my truck drive home and sit in a tub of ice!

I've read Equipoise can help with cardio. However, i've read some say it didn't help them at all. As far as just test goes, I've heard it can make things more difficult.

I'm getting ready to run the tough mudder in September, and it happens to be about a month in after my next scheduled cycle. I wanted to run just test e, but the speculation that EQ might help with cardio has me interested. To be honest, i'm not really looking forward to the run, but i'm paid up and commited. Heck, if EQ can help with getting this stupid race over with, and not allowing the test e to make it absolutey horrible, I'm in.

Have any of you guys used EQ? Was cardio negatively or positively effected? Don't mean to thread jack, but same subject matter...thx

Damn that's impressive what was your starting and ending weight? What was your diet?

Mostly i just ate clean, light and often. Drank a shit ton of water, worked out twice a day and slept 8-10hrs a night. And ran 500 mg test prop per week for 12 wks and 80 mg anavar ED weeks 8-12. Simple. Not the best but not the worst either. Not much LONG cardio just intense. And crossfit really contributed.
