I just got back from the gym and when i went to workout my chest i couldn't do anything with free weights or dips. Inbetween myupper left pec and my left shoulder is having problems, but only when I try and work it, but the chest machines created no problems.
I think I hurt it doings incline flyes last week because when I tried those today thats when it hurt the worst. I'm not sure what to do because i'm on cycle right now and I don't wont to stop working my chest at all, but i also dont think the machines will benefit me because i'm a big fan of free weights.
