chest pain?

I just got back from the gym and when i went to workout my chest i couldn't do anything with free weights or dips. Inbetween myupper left pec and my left shoulder is having problems, but only when I try and work it, but the chest machines created no problems.

I think I hurt it doings incline flyes last week because when I tried those today thats when it hurt the worst. I'm not sure what to do because i'm on cycle right now and I don't wont to stop working my chest at all, but i also dont think the machines will benefit me because i'm a big fan of free weights.

Help please i'm gonna go CrAzY!
 
You mos def hurt your shoulders when doing flies if you dont know how to do them with proper form. If you go to far with the stretch your putting alot of strain on your shoulders, because one your probably using too much weight and your straining your shoulders too much to pull back up the weight. I don't like flies because i don't feel anything on them. I just stick with heavy flat bbell,, incline db's,and weighted dips. What cycle are you running at the moment if you don't mind me asking?
 
I'm running...

T-400 - 400mg/week
EQ - 200mg/week
Nolva - 20mg/ed
Femera - 2.5mg/eod
and i'll be doing clomid for my pct
I'm also taking V-12 and A-AKG, i got it for free from work.

This is my first cycle by the way.

I'm going to take flyes out of my workout but I already do Flat bench, incline DB, dips, what should I put in there to replace dips? I want something with DBs because my chest is not developing evenly. If you want i'll post my workout if you want to check it out.
 
post your workout..itll help everyone give you better advice..looks like you may have too much volume in there..also how is your form on flat bench? if youre benching with your elbows flared out your putting undo stress on your delt area..benching (bring ing the bar down toy our upper abs/lower chest) elbows in may help alleviate that pain
