I feel your pain on this one I had the same surgery 10 years ago. I waited about a month and half after surgery and got it on with my wife I thought it would be a good ideal if she got on top but she is more of a grinder, after about 3 min of that I thought I just got out of surgery again.
It does get better but it never really goes away I had a plug and the mesh to fix mine and there are days when I am just sitting and I can fill it poking me. I just went and had mine checked because I thought I had torn it again it was hurting everyday for a month but he said I was fine and it has settled down again.
Put some ice on it and it will feel better tomorrow.
