Thanks for your time Stone, when I first came to this board 4 years ago it was you that helped me realize a Winstrol (winny) only cycle was bad news, you were the one that showed me about AI's and how to do things properly. If you hadn't been here being your grumpy self I could have easily wound up on some shitty board where the owners don't care about there members and just care about filling there pockets with freebies from sponsors instead of caring about there integrity.

I remember back when I did a log for a sponsor and I was not very happy about with the results I wrote you and ask you what I should do, your response was " don't sacrifice your integrity" and until this day I have made sure to stick by that.

Thanks for being a stand up guy Stone.
