I have a dietician degree so I know the ins and out of diet, its importance and how to eat right, so you can say I got that angle covered.. I've also done Crossfit, Olympic weightlifting, triathlons.. so I know the exercises I need to do for size. I'll be doing mainly weights and yoga for this cycle though.
The problem I had until recently is time, I had to work for 70 hours a week for many years of my life. I've solved this problem though recently.
The issue is I don't know what cycle to take.. I was thinking of Test / Winstrol
I want to get big but I REALLY want to lean out..
I want something thats MINIMALLY TOXIC, and for these reason I want to avoid oral stuff and anything too aggressive. I am a bit of a health nut but I am on a timeline for results because I am getting married soon..
