Darkside06's Test Prop/Tren A Cycle

hey bro , whats up with the reverse grip rows? do you use the triangle or lat bar ? whats the science behind it? hit the back better? I always find when I do rows I use alot of bi's I am wondering if this will help correct that? I also find when I am doing lat pull downs I use alot of tri's. Is this normal or bad form/to much weight?

yeah i think it's normal, i have the same thing happen to me.

With the reverse grip low cable rows i basicaly use a cambered bar and put the cable all the way down to the lowest setting, then stand with my kness bent and use an underhand grip. it just pulls up on a different angle and i can really feel it in the upper and mid back. I've got good width on my back, trying to get more thickness.

If you want to feel it all in your back for rows and take it out of the biceps use a false grip where your thumb is not gripping. When you pull the weight it will get transferred straight to your back mostly lats. I use this technique for BO Rows, Any cable Row Pull down ect...

I always concentrate on pulling back with my elbows and not my arms. really focusses on the back and not the bi's
