Nope. was taking N2KTS for the first month but have been off for about 2 weeks. just needed to get off for a while, was getting to immune to it and didn't wanna start taking higher doses. will get back on soon maybe.

Dude I actually think I do better not on a PWO product its crazy, when I try to take them my endurance has sucked but the intensity goes up. I always used to cycle off instead of taking double doses that is smart!

For the DB pull overs, where do you feel that?? If Im thinking correctly on that workout, I feel that in my upper abs, triceps and little bit of chest, where does the back come in to play for it??

i try not to go to heavy and keep my arms strait as i pull over. I feel it in the outer lats. makes for a nice variety
 
Makes sense, just saw that you only use the 55lb dumbell for that. When I did do the DB pullovers I got up to the 100lb dumbell, I actually really like that for Chest, abs, and tri's though. Ill try the lower weight and focus on the outer lats, with my arms all straight n' shit!
