it takes a little cardio away but can be countered with a good PreWO drink. You definately feel like a monster in the gym!
 
Day 56

Switched things up a bit today and hit Back and shoulders. Felt great, good burn, good pumps, nice change of pace.

Great job dark ur numbers are climbing. Has Tren sides been easy to control?

yeah they have been fairly well. I don't usually get bad sides at all from Tren but this Tren I'm using now is the best i've ever had, and the dose started out high...600wk. I started getting really bad night sweats about week 3 which isn't all that bad...except for waking up in a pool. So i knocked the dose down to 525 a wekk and no issues at all.

Hit chest today. Took it somewhat easy, have a slightly pulled pec muscle thats been nagging me lately. Still had a great workout, good burns and pumps.

Legs!! Started giving legs their own day, wanted to focus on them a little bit more and today was the first day....fucking rocked!

Tried a set of 20 rep squats, only went with 225 but that shit was burning....felt great!

225 was pretty tough for 20....first 15 felt easy but then i hit a wall. that was the perfect weight to start with and get an idea but i'll be bumping up the weight next time.

My wheels are definately sore today!!
