Dark great log, I have a ? Is doing fst7 given u more strength on certain bodyparts?

From what I have noticed with FST-7 is I sweat a lot more, and I am 100% sore the next day, but its more of an endurance toning workout. Strength and building muscle would be the 5x5 in my OP.

What ya think darky?!?!

I haven't noticed any strength gains from it, but i always do it on the last excersise which is more of a pump. I do it for a burn/pump and for the muscle, not the strength. I get my strength from heavy compound movements....presses, squats and such.

I think the fst-7 is more for mass than strength too much volume for real strength!
 
Great numbers Dark, BTW I read this about FST-7 ( The goal is to bring as much vitamins, minerals, amino acids, oxygen etc. into the muscle, and also stretch the fascia surrounding it to help encourage maximal muscle growth. The fascia is the limiting factor in acheiving muscle growth because the mucsle will grow only as much as there is room for it to do so. This training system is targeted to stretch the fascia and allow more room, instead of limiting muscle growth.) I LOVE THE FEELING OF FST-7...

Been staying away from bench press the last few weeks and trying to focus more on my upper chest and upper/inner chest. Had amazing pumps today and my chest is looking a lot fuller up top.

Nice man! I like the Incline but I always do bench then incline I find once the rest of chest is worn out the upper has to work even harder! Lots of good stuff going on in here!!

Thanks man. Yeah i always start with bench but i'm trying to keep my muscles guessing. changing things up a bit.

thanks man, i've been trying to tone it down a bit....sometimes i get too strong too fast and end up pulling a muscle or something so i've been knocking it down a bit lately and just focusing on quality.
