Darkside06's Test Prop/Tren A Cycle

only the 3rd pin today but The strength is starting to come on a bit. I think by this time next week i'll be full on.

Hit chest today,

Bench press
135x10 w/u 225x8 w/u 275x8 275x6 275x6

Reverse grip bench press

Incline DB press
70's x8 x8 x7

Verticle cable press
80 x8 x8 x8.

Great pump, great strength today.
 
Bro... we press pretty much the same numbers... I don't ever try to go higher than 275lb's anymore. i did however try reverse grip... my wrists felt weird, I didn't like it. Where do hold your grip and where do you lower the bar to?

yeah they make my wrist feel wierd to, thats why i went pretty light.

I hold it just wider than shoulders...little wider than my normal bech.
 
Today was a good workout for the most part. I hit back pretty hard but had to cut out half way thru my deadkifts cause I had some crazy back pumps. I ended up having to do them at the very end because some skinny guy was taking up the cage for like....ever! :madflip: I hate that shit, bit oh well. still had a good workout and my lats are flaired right now.

I'm also trying to work oun my wide grip pull ups. I'm very weak there, never been goos at pull ups, even when i was in the Corps so between a lot of sets today I would try and do a few. hoping It will gradualy make them stronger.

4th pin tomorrow and its a rest day, Arms on Friday and really looking forward to it.

im about to start my cycle in a week, similar starts, i will be runing test p/mast p/ tren a last six weeks....looking forward to seeing your gains bro!!!

So I get to the gym today and drop my ipod touch on the floor and it cracked the screen FFFUUUUUUCCCCCKKKK!!!!:madflip:

Just a tiny crack and still plays fine, just pisses me off.

So today was arms, switched some things up today. I usually alternate between tri's and bi's but today I did all bi's first, and then my tri's. Also went for some higher reps and fuck me are my guns blazing right now!! forarms are tighter than a virgin on prom night.

Strait bar curls

I was fucking spent!! killer pump, the gear is hitting me hard now and i'm loving it! already starting to look more vascular.
 
I think if you would have lowered your b.f.% before your cycle, you would be amazed at the Transformation on Tren / Prop by now....I just finished a 12 week cycle of Tren/Prop 600mg each. m w f sun tue thr etc. I started at 190lbs and finshed my cycle at 224.Solid Muscle.. The key is lowering your bf to 11-12% max before you start.. Oh and don't buy into the whole tren burns fat concept, you really won't notice with the xtra cals you'll be needing to grow. Enjoy

that is untrue. tren will be great for burning fat it just depends on your diet. if you eat at or below maintenance it will do wonders. tren uses the nutrients that your putting into your body better than it normally would allowing you to keep and grow muscle at a calorie deficit diet.

eh...not buying it. last time i ran Tren and Prop iran them both at 400mg a week and my BF was 15% and it leaned me out incredibly. it's all about diet.
