Darkside06's Test Prop/Tren A Cycle

Day 9:
Hit legs & shoulders today.

Squat

Leg ext

seated leg curl

Seated calf raise

Seated military press

DB side raise

Super setted with roundboy pushups 3x10

Really wanted to focus on my traps today and those fuckers are on fire now!!

Starting to feel the strenght coming on now!

Gained .25" on my chest and lost .5" around my naval since starting.
 
Ok peep's, I'm about 1 week out from starting my next cycle. It will consist of Test Prop & Tren Ace. I was going to run some Masteron as well but have decided against it.

I'll try to get a few "Before" pic's up before my first pin but these are my stats.

BF%.....not sure exactly but high teens, Been lifting since i was 12. have a few cycles under my belt.

Cycle looks like this.
Test Prop 400mg wk 1-14
Tren Ace 600mg wk 1-12
Aromasin 12.5 day thru end of pct

PCT I will begin with and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast 6 days after my last pin of 1000iu's ED for 10days and then start clomid at 50/50/50/50 and Nolva at 40/40/40/40

As far as diet I will be eating about 500 calories below maintnance so approx 3000-3200 a day doing a modified carb cycle.

My last cycle with tren I saw great results so this time should be even better!

cycle looks good to me, i like just under 100mg of prop EOD though, under 350.

cycle looks well planned, and your cals look right for a nice recomp, may even gain some size if its good tren brother.
 
eh...not buying it. last time i ran Tren and Prop iran them both at 400mg a week and my BF was 15% and it leaned me out incredibly. it's all about diet.

i dont buy it either bro, i never gain a ton on tren. but it sure fucking looks like i do lololol. besides when you start in the mid 200's you dont need to gain too much lol, that would suck to have to start at 190 :)

Today was CHESTDAY!!! Strength is starting to come one. Wanted to go heavier on Bench today but didn't have a spotter. maybe next week i'll bump up tp 3 plates.

Feeling good, great pumps. i'm interested to see how things turn out next week. usually week 3 is when the strength really starts to come on.

Nice work bro!! Im hitting chest today, super pumped, I think Im going to attempt 3 plates for Bench Press (5x5) today!!

^yeah i started noticing it a bit yesterday. By this time next week it will be crushing. Usually Tren hits me end of week 2 or week 3. i think you got about 12lbs bodyweight on me as well. haven't weighed myself lately but i was sitting around 242 last weekend.

yeah, but i'm trying to recomp so my weight may stay the same but i'm slowly losing BF and gaining lean.
 
Damn I cant wait to try tren ace maybe itll be different from enth and wont make me go into a dark place like that ester did. Looking for around 240ish since im 228.6 right now then ill give that a try. My bodyfat isnt where id like it to be
