Estradiol, total test if you wanna check the quality of your gear... I'd also do a full meta_bolic (liver, kidneys etc.) and complete blood count if you can. Just to keep an eye on your health. Always a good idea![]()

Lol wut. Dairy is awesome man, don't avoid it unless your intolerant. Dairy products contain great proteins and plenty of calcium which aids tremendously with glycogen synthesis and building muscle.
It's the juice. I find it almost impossible to get DOMS (soreness after training) when on cycle. Especially shoulders, they can really take a beating. They're one of the most androgen receptor densest muscle groups.
Are there any supps out there that u wud recommend when juicing except of liver kidney prostate support ? I work shifts . My sleeping pattern is fucked up . I be waking up after 4h and then go sleep again and woke up after another 2 for example. I cant sleep for more than 6h on average. More sleep more muscle. Shud i do sleeping pills ?
And about the white rice . I read it causes a lot of spikes of insulin. And people who eat a lot of white rice are 1.5 times more likely to develop diabetes. My dad and grandfather they diabetes im potent to it. Any suggestions for a diff carb ?

Lol, stop panicking man. If your going to go the sleep aid route I'd stick with Melatonin 2-5mg. I wouldn't use much else on regular basis coz it's easy to become dependent on sleeping drugs..
