Paleo is fucking stupid lol. Avoid at all costs. A ketogenic diet is a great idea for cutting though.

Estradiol, total test if you wanna check the quality of your gear... I'd also do a full meta_bolic (liver, kidneys etc.) and complete blood count if you can. Just to keep an eye on your health. Always a good idea ;)
 
I'm not the best with diet advice, but Paleo, all I know is some chick I am friends of does it because shes intolerant.

Your using AAS, make the most of it. Are you trying to put mass on? Don't worry about fat loss, 300mg Test E3D is ~650mg per week plus the dbol, you shouldn't worry about fat gain really. Just make sure your getting plenty of protein, well above 200g (I aim for 300gm when blasting) and don't be afraid of carbs, and realise the fat = calories = growth.

Obviously, being over maintenance will allow you to gain, being too far over maintenance leads to fat gain.

Everyone is different, but I was eating chocolate amongst other junk (serious dirty bulking which is unhealthy, yes), and leaned out whilst eating a ton of protein.

Done estradiol and general blood . Shud hav results tmrw. So if i want lean mass on this cycle i cud give a keto a go ?? Whats ur thought on it ? Did u do it yourself ?

Great, run a balanced diet high in protein and good carbs (oatmeal, yams, wheat pasta, etc) and forget that paleo bullshit. Keto is ok for some people, but do you want to make muscle gains or are you aiming for fat loss while maintaining whatever muscle you got? I would forget keto also and eat a good clean diet high in protein.
 
Grand i will experminet on diet so . At the mom im eatin from 300- 400 g protein delivered from meats , mixed meat . I wud eat like 5 chicken breasts plus 2 pounds of steak or salomon, no pork at all. I have a syntha 6 but i use it occasionally . If i dont have time for meals. I take bcaa as well and will order this whole foods supp of piana supplements

What the fuck man. Have dairy and whatever else you want just watch your overall macros to achieve your goals. Don't start downing gallons of milk but if you make some oats in milk you will be ok. As far as training you need to be pushing yourself. List your shoulder workout from last night for me. Even if the milk did raise E2 a bit who cares it is a good enough protein and you got an AI for a reason.

Lol wut. Dairy is awesome man, don't avoid it unless your intolerant. Dairy products contain great proteins and plenty of calcium which aids tremendously with glycogen synthesis and building muscle.

It's the juice. I find it almost impossible to get DOMS (soreness after training) when on cycle. Especially shoulders, they can really take a beating. They're one of the most androgen receptor densest muscle groups.
 
Bloods shud come today or tmrw so I post them asap.

What wud u use for a quick before workout meal. Need something so i can wake up take it straight away take dbol with it .30 min later pre workout and then lifting.

Are there any supps out there that u wud recommend when juicing except of liver kidney prostate support ? I work shifts . My sleeping pattern is fucked up . I be waking up after 4h and then go sleep again and woke up after another 2 for example. I cant sleep for more than 6h on average. More sleep more muscle. Shud i do sleeping pills ?


And about the white rice . I read it causes a lot of spikes of insulin. And people who eat a lot of white rice are 1.5 times more likely to develop diabetes. My dad and grandfather they diabetes im potent to it. Any suggestions for a diff carb ?

Whats the story with the immune system being down while on cycle i heard som3 crazy stories aboit it. If i get sick im fucked ? My throat smallbit swallen since yesterday.its not really going away but i feel 100% fine. So is it a big deal to get sick on juice ?

Lol, stop panicking man. If your going to go the sleep aid route I'd stick with Melatonin 2-5mg. I wouldn't use much else on regular basis coz it's easy to become dependent on sleeping drugs..

It is. Also can be indicative of high cortisol levels.. and then there are people who just naturally like that all the time lol. I didn't bother to read back - has op even started the cycle?

About my sleeping issue. I dont get whats wrong with askinh experiwnced users of juice. Should i engage my sleeping issue so I can get most of my cycle. I know there is a price I have to pay for all the juice ai will do so I want to get most of it. MAYBE there is someone here who had similar issue and he has experience with dealing with it. Thats not an anxiety. It is all a race to getting the knowledge and perfection.

Many times i have met with the approach of : dont be bothered with anything, juice will make u grow. Just eat and train. I am health conscious and I am very open for new strategies. Couple decades ago bodybuilders wud avoid simple sugars at any part of the day regardless. Now it is acceptable and even indicated to get em straight after workout. Im here to explore and hopefully to find people who did expermient with different approaches and can help me out with my concerns. So please lads RELAX :) dont make me anxious of asking the questions haha =) its the soul of the forums :)
