deca dossage?

hey guys im going to start my deca test ethan cycle.. just wanted to see what u guys thought a good dossage for deca would be.. i was thinking about doing 600mg deca and 750 test ethan.. this is my 3rd cycle. and im 210 6'0

also i am running letro during.. how much should i be taking i was thinking about 1.25 eod? thanks guyts

Unless you weigh in at 300+ lbs that's way too much Deca, especially considering you've never tried it.

Recommended dosage is 2mg per lb of lean body mass.

i don't know too many guys who go over 400mg. I have heard that the sides really start to come out over that as well.

if you dont grow on the 750mg of test alone something is seriously wrong

400mg should be plenty. esp. with that dose of test.

Hey bud,

I've done same cycle. I used 400 mg deca, and 600 mg test.
600 mg of deca is way over.

Since you obviously didn't like waht we already told you.....maybe try a gram of Deca/week and let us know how you liked it.
