I've posted on this subject before. You can find it on elite, as well as a couple of other boards. I have previously declared testoprim-d and nolvadex sucessfully at the Nuevo Laredo crossing.
Last Thursday, I made another trip, and was looking forward to the same success. Bobber at elite has successfully declared some vet products, so I figured I'd try it as well.
I declaired two 10ml QV enanthates as well as some nolvadex. Unfortunately, the agent I was dealing with was all of about 12 years old, so had to ask for permission from superiors. They, in turn, didn't know what to do, and had to ask yet again. All in all, a friend and I (pancho villa from anasci) were detained for about 45 minutes. They finally found an agent who knew the fucking law, and he came and spoke to me. He said that I couldn't declare the QV because it was not for human consumption. Also, he would not let me declare the nolvadex because it was not approved for use in males. The law does state that all medications must be for your own personal use, so technically I guess he was correct.
He did say, however, that I could legally declare up to 50ml of human steroids without a problem. He did say "We don't care what you do to your body, but it is our job to enforce the law."
We were allowed to "return" the products to Mexico, and we were searched, though not thoroughly at all, upon our return. We were still detained for probably another 15 minutes, which delayed an appointment we had with a Mexican national on the US side of the border
