do u guys slam or throw weights at ur gym?

I do it all the time when its heavy weight. People say its for attention lol that's bull shit I do it because that's the way I train and my gym is 95% dudes, they don't seem to mind. If I wanted to show moff I would go to a la fitness or ballys to showoff. Btw I also scream and grunt and I'm pretty big it wouldn't make since if it was some skinny guy. I don't give a fuck. How do u guys train?

bro, I'm for throwing weights when they are heavy... I witnessed a guy DB military pressing the 115's and when he finished his set, he tried to drop the weight nicely and controled, pop, there went his rotator cuff... should've just dopped it...

Haha yeah I train like a fucking animal and even close to barking before a set to get pumped up.the only guys complaining are the skinny guys, I even heard one say why would you even want to be that big and then his over on curl rack trying to get big biceps
 
when heavy then slam that shit on the ground. saw a dude doin the same & the dumbell landed on another dudes iPhone.. not sure what happened next - still funny - moral of the story don't put your electronics on the floor.
 
when i'm pulling heavy weight, i'm on my last rep and my skin on my hands are ripping off, i'm slammin that bitch down and anyone who cares can fuck off. it's a gym for christ sakes.

my own iPhone feel out of my pocket and got crushed when i dropped the weight
 
When I'm going heavy, and I can't do another rep, sometimes my weights go flying, or I have to slam them on the ground. But when I'm going through my sets, I try to keep good form, and go through a full range of motion.
 
I don't care when people moving heavy weight make some noise here and there, as long as it's not like they're grunting with every rep. The other day I was in the gym and this really skinny guy on machines kept making loud noises. I wanted to drop a 45 on his toe (:

Man I'm careful with my weight. I don't mess around and throw shit. There are some women around at my gym. Gotta be careful. When I'm done, I rack my shit and move on. Like a professional lol

you need to get out of la fitness bro. just fuckin with ya, but 100? that's it? fuck that, tell the management they might have some serious lifters there and if they wanna keep the cash flow comin in they might want to consider atleast going up to 150
 
really no need to be slamming or throwing things around at a gym... gotta think about others and that the equipment will be in good enough condition to use next time...

what was that comment about 100lb dumbells being adorable? 100lbs done with good form on any movement is a good lift, we can't all be Ronnie or Branch... and I'd like to still be pushing weights around when I'm 60

If your dropping or throwing the weights around, You are not in control and i bet the form is terrible.

Its not how much weight you can push, Its more about how much weight you look like you can push.
