I just started doing reverse curls and wrist curls about a month ago and it has made a huge difference in my forearm vasularity.
I don't see to many people in the gym working their forearms but it sure pays off!

I always do forearms. Mine are not huge, but they are pretty ripped. I think they are just as essential as everything else.

I do both supinated and pronated wrist curls. I do gymnastics so it's important to keep my wrists and forearms strong.

I do 'em at the end of back and biceps day. Behind the back BB curls w/ heavy weight, reverse DB curls, and seated BB or DB wwwrist curls. I love the pump!

I don't do them but I should. I guess I work them indirectly during lifts like DL's due to the grip strength needed. I do need to concentrate on isolating them for a few sets though.

i love doing forearms. nothing better then tight feeling you get from working them. feels like they are just going to explode. i would recommend doing them after bi's. if you do them before bi's and you have worked them hard enough just trying to do a bicep curl with the bar should be painful. forearm work will also increase you other lifts as well like bench and deads.

i like to use dumbells one arm at a time accasionally on wrist curls and i do hammer curls , or barbell rev. curls . i also dont use straps , but some weeks i dont train my forarms but when im hitting rev. bar curls or hammers .

i used to do them on off days (gripper, wrist roller, etc.) but since doing heavy deads i don't work them directly anymore. i would overtrain pretty quickly.

I do them every week on arm day. Nothing looks worse than a guy with huge upper arms and tiny forearms.

Hell yes. The forearm is probably the most underworked bodypart -- at least when it comes to doing specific exercises for it.

I do reverse cross-body hammers, behind back raises... I hold 45lb plates in my hands, I walk around the gym with DB's... all to help grip and forearm strength.
