no forearm exercises directly but i do enough rev. e-z bar curls and deads and other hvy pullin exercises that my fore arms are almost out gaining my upper arms: size wise my forearms are 12 1/2 inches
Mine suck from a size standpoint if I don't. I have a plate loaded grip machine, captain of the crush grippers and do statics. 3 sets of grippers or grip machine, 3 sets of statics.
I will do wrist curls every now and again but I do a lot of grip work (Ironmind grippers), nail bending, thickbar, on and on, so its not really necessary for me.
