Yes, I agree. The thing is that most people do not understand when I tell them is that the Biceps end toward the middle of the brachioradialis. damn did i change my mind about this. i think i missed out on some nice gains by not training them directly. started working them again though.The_Iceman said:i used to do them on off days (gripper, wrist roller,etc.) but since doing heavy deads i don't work them directly anymore. i would overtrain pretty quickly.
