drews personal progress

Im Off:sadwavey: right now but Im gearing up soon prolly DEC 1st for a winter bulker diet/cycle:Present:
leaning towards
16 wk test e/deca with a prop and npp kick start:tounge2:
or test e/deca with dbol to start

i would try and find some russian, or eastern europe generic PHARM grade DBOL ive always wanted to try some. I think thats why i keep passing up VAR, cause i want to try the good shit.

the last 2 weeks leading up to the comp I was getting 25-30 mins ed.
But right now im busy putting on weight so cardio is all but nonexistent.
Looking back now the hardest thing preparing for that comp was the diet and the cardio. The diet sucks you feel like shit when carb depleted and having to do IMO something so brainless as an elliptical for a half hr was stressful.
I cant wait to compete again in mid-to later in the year at light heavy weight.I'll be starting a new thread on that.

Very nice, for 3 weeks I did oliptical 40 min 5 days a week, I felt drained but I burned alot of fat, probly becouse I did it on an empty tummy at 6am.

40 mins,5 days a week at 6am.....yea I dont have that kind of dedication-I hate cardio personally but it is necessary.

haha cardio absolutely blows. i FEEL you on the mindlessness of it. eliptical for me goes way faster than anything else though. i usually load up some tv series on my iphone and use my cardio sessions to catch up.

nice progress so far by the way man, very impressive! how'd you do in the comp?

i *think* i read every post on the thread and didn't see it. if you already posted that and i'm blind i apologize. i'll blame it on the layne staley indoor shades at night.

No joke. It's not like cardio is hard (at least slow paced), but it's just boring as shit!

I prefer to do HIIT for cardio when I cut. I especially like to do hiking.

By the way, what BF% and weight were you in the comp?? From your first pic the comp pic it looks like you lost a good 30lbs....
