Eating late how bad is it....

Hey guys... So im noticing that im staving from the hours of 8pm-12am. i workout everyday around 6am. my first cycle i was most hungry from 9am-12pm now this cycle is totally different. Im not even hungry after the gym which is crazy! any advice on how to get back on track or if its ok to pound chicken and eggs after 8 pm... thanks fellas.
 
man all that eating before bed crap is a myth. I don't care if you are cutting or bulking... As long as you are eating the RIGHT foods, eating them before bed is okay.

As long as it isn't sugar you are fine.

Ice Cream and Pizza would a definite NO.
 
When I started drinking a protien shake before bed I added 15 lbs of mass. You want something for you muscles to use and grow when your asleep. IMHO I think eating late is great as long as you stay away from fat and simple sugars before bed. Your body either uses these or stores them as fat. It takes alot for your body to turn protien into fat but it will help you grow. Just my .02
 
I eat about half a quart of ice cream every night before I go to bed. I have been for the past 8 months lol never missed a night. I put milk, strawberries, blueberries and and orange in it(smoothie). Every night.
I also eat cheese and all sorts of other foods late at night every night.

I am between 10-13% BF so eating late for me has absolutely no problems as far as fat gain. its a myth that eating at night will make you fat, not exercising is what makes you fat

I like 50grms of chocolate casein shake an hour before bed and then within an hour a little peanut butter with celery or a cup of low fat cottage cheese
