What doses do most use for thermogenic ECA stack. I have read about doses of ephedra of 20-50 mg per day. Is this right. What about the caffeine? I have also found research that says the aspirin isn't really needed.

"Ephedrine stimulates lipolysis by increasing noradrenaline (NA) release from sympathetic nerve terminals. This increase in noradrenaline activates adrenergic receptors which increases cAMP levels in fat cells and muscle cells. This combined with its ability to prevent some NA re-uptake12 increase the effectiveness of ephedrine in a synergistic fashion. Aspirin has been shown to increase the effectiveness of ephedrine in some individuals presumably by its actions as a prostaglandin inhibitor."

I split mine up into three...

Maybe 6 am, 11 am, and 4 pm

Don't take it too late in the evening or you'll have trouble sleeping.

25 mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 300mg aspirin
3x per day is what I take.

I know that ephedra has been banned by the FDA. I have seen products like Bronchaid etc that contain ephedrine but also have guafenasine in them. What you do you guys use?

yep. ephedrine hcl is found in bronchodiolators. just look at the ingredients.

Is it ok to take the bronchodialtors with Guafenasine in them. Is Ephedrine Sulfate the same thing as ephedra?

Yes it is ok. Guafenasin only loosen phlegm to make coughs more productive, won't hurt you. Vasopro is a great name brand of ephedrine.
