Can't give you a legitimate answer as of now as I'm only 2 pins in on this cycle, but in the past I was around 2400 at 500mg/ week
 
Upset to have to start this cycle with EP and rush getting something I'm not happy with now that Z and pinn are gone......anyone tried Geneza as of late? Back in 2010 they were the lab to have, I got excellent results with their test e and test c
 
I suppose, I felt great on it though, It's been a while maybe it was more like 27-2800 I'm not 100% since it was a while ago! a few ayers ago! bought from uncle z! but I ran it around the same time GPs test was the best UGL on the ology and felt just as good on the EP as the Geneza ......ahh the good ol days
 
I just popped my last vial of EP I had that I got from uncle Z a long time ago.... So smooth, I wish I had access to more . Only 8 pins left and it's looking like I'll be switching to OP since uncle z and pinn are gone, I leave for 8 months and everything changes.

Z is gone? I dont think so.
 
Up and doing fasted cardio on my bike. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at right now. Just Gota keep chipping away at that fat tell I'm chiseled stone. I'm ready to b lean and grainy and vainy. I want girls to look at me and think I'm nasty I want guys to look at me and be so fucking jelouse that it effects there sex life. I may not win my first comp but I'm sure as hell gona be in the best condision as possible on that stage.

I'm going to b upping my test and NPP so I can burn though these vials and finish a little early so I can have a little time off befor my pre contest blast!! I'm pumped. Just Gota keep hitting it hard and dieting good!!
 
Why dont u hit up some tren instesd of upping your dose all the time?, tren will put u where u want if your leaning out, and your with dieting with 3j
U must dig cardio lmao, I fuckin hate it, to esch there own but with proper dieting u really dont need cardio to shed fat, maybe if u want to get to single digits but still cardio is overated, as long as u are in a good deficit with a proper diet u are gonna shed bf anyways regardless, but like I said to each there own
Some coaches/ nutrionist drain there clients with cardio all the time, had a buddy of mine in comp, used a coach that preached cardio, atleast an hour of cardio a day, and with him on a deficit as well he was physically and emotional drained all the time
He then decided for his 2nd comp to go with somebody else that didnt preach cardio, proper diet and lift as heavy as u possibly can to keep your strength up during your cut, and obviously keep your intensity levels up as well, he ended ip withthe same results if not better then he made ot doing cardio all the time, looked more fuller and kept his strength

Hit arms and some chest today. Got a good pump and a nice long workout. Have good stamina and strength! Feeling good even at only 100carbs. Iv lost some size in my arms but they look better and the peek is better. Loosing size sucks but its ok when I look in the mirror and look better. I guess it's to b expected to loose some size on a cut.

Id rather do cardio and not use tren at this point. I will b getting on it befor my show tho. And I am looking to get into single digits. :) who doesn't wana b shredded as fuck!!
