Doing some fasted cardio this morning. Some of y'all say "Your crazy for doing cardio all the time, u must love it". Ill b the first to tell you that I hate cardio. I always have. So why do I force myself to wake up and ride wile my stomach is trying to eat itself? Simple! My goals!! How bad do y'all want it? I want single digit BF fucking bad!!! That's y I do it. IM determined to get what I want! I'm not gona sit here and say man I wana six pack but I don't wana work for it!! Do you no how good it feels to look in that mirror and say fuck I'm a little leaner today! It's amazing. Iv never even had outlines of a six pack and now I'm going to get 6% and stand up on stage infront of everybody and say "what now bitchs" lol. This is just the beginning of my body building career.. So remember you get what you work for not want you wish for!! Get out there and get it guys.

bloods were in previous post. was on 400test c wk, 400tren e , 50eod tren a and had test of 2500ish on just 400 mg test.
 
More cardio this am. Today is high carb day! It is also chest day. Which means work can't get over with fast enough. I'm ready to tear up my chest like no other. Gotta tear it down to build it up. Hope every one has a good Monday.

Any person who comes into a contest without cardio is either a genetic freak or a liar. 99% of successful competitors MUST do at least some cardio. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You see some people on here saying you don't have to but look at them compared to where you want to be. I'm sure 3j has you on the right track. I've seen his clients and following his orders will whip up I into a shredded machine! If your devotion and determination is there.

Everyone has there own perspective on cardio, I hate cardio myself, but others enjoy it
Myself I rely on my diet and intense training to take care of my bf loss with min or no cardio what so ever
To each there own, coaches and nutritionist all have dif perspectives on things, some push lpts of cardio, some dont
 
Had a buddy of mine he placed first overall in his class at the ontario prov. Last year, 2 hours cardio ed, limited carb intake, yeah looked like a shreded mahine, but also drove him to not wanting to pump iron for a few months after cause he went so dramatic from his coach pushing tons of cardio on him
He hired another coach this following year and he didnt push muh csrdio on him just started his cut 24 weeks out and ended up with the same results, my point being is some people want it to be a race rather then taking there time dieting, want it fast and quick, then after your burnt out

Agreed! Extreme cardio was never said. For my goals and most BB extreme cardio would kill your gains. Slow and low impact cardio just to burn fat is necessary IMO.

I definitely wasn't trying to take away from the thread. I just wanted to clarify what I said.

I agree with you. All I do is walk or use the endless stairs. I'm looking forward to seeing your compete!
 
When your marriage has fallen apart, what do you do? Smash chest!! Having a great chest day. Chest and chest only! It's sore and swole. " it's like a sore pecker, you can't beat it". I LOVE THE FUCKING PUMP!! I think of it every min of the day. I'm lookn the best I ever have! It's just that much more drive.
 
Back day! Did deadlift with chains for the first time tonight. Only went up to 405 + chains. But got a great workout in. Did lots of deads, barbell rows dumbell rows Tbar rows Pull downs and cable pulls. Had a great workout. Today was 200g carb day. Tomorrow is 100g carb day. Down to 195lb looking good and couldn't be more ready for some summer weather.
 
Am fasted cardio again!! Taking today off training. Will only be having 100 carbs today! Hope y'all have a kick ass Wednesday. Go get it!!!
