Signed at a new gym today. It's a nice homie style gym with not much traffic at all. Witch I love. Bc I don't like talking or waiting on equipment.

Hi carb day 300g. Hitting chest. Slammed a few extra carbs befor I came plus some cialis. Getting a hella chest pump and burn. Doing alternative chest. Cable flys, peck decks, bumbell incline and flat bumbells along with others.
 
Sweet potatoes, black or kindney beans, whole wheat tortillas ect. I have oats Or Cereal for breakfast.
Meal 1-4 have carbs then post workout is a bagel and shake and last meal had no carbs
 
Morning cardio to start the day off!! Ill be training back today! Man I love to train there's nothing like it. Pushing your body to achieve new highths tho push more iron. The last thing ill be is normal, or the guy that's just going through the motions to "just get a workout in". I push push and push myself. I'm stronger every day!! This is for bulking? During a cut you wouldn't eat cereal because of the sugar and milk that is if you choose to have milk.
 
I'm cutting with 3J. I just do as I'm told. The cereal is kashi go lean with no milk. I'm only on me third week of diet and haven't really cut calories yet. I'm loosing 1-2lb a week so far.

If your doing 3J your going to get cut. They know what they are doing.
 
Couldn't work out tonight do to some issues but I did get a nice jog in to clear my head. This is the first time iv jogged in a wile. It's alot easier now that I'm 20lb lighter lol. Have a good night bros.
 
Start jogging you will see your abs come in better than anything else. Jogging and a diet 4 weeks in your going to notice a lot.
 
I hit back yesterday. I did alternative back exercises. Like machines, bumbell rows, barbell rows. Just stuff I don't always do. I also did interval jogging for 20min. Witch was killer. My legs are feeling it today lol. Iv lost anouther pound since last Thursday! And continue to loose size in my stomach and waist.

I've ran a few name brands I definitely enjoy ep. You can rely on respectable results every time. Seems to be very accurately dosed and very smooth to inject.
 
Well if your using 3J for your diet and doing what they say you shouldn't have a problem getting your bodyfat into the single digits.

I know I'm excited!! 3J knows his shit and as long as I follow the diet and do my part I should be shredded and stage ready in 17weeks
 
Worked my ass off all day Saturday and traded my work for a weight bench and weights and curl bar! Guess I have to start my at home gym now!! Sunday was mainly lazy other than halling all the equipment and weights up a huge ass hill and then unloading them at my house.
Doing some cardio this AM and will b hitting chest tonight!! Starting the week off in a good mood and positive outlook! Lets hit it hard this week and make all those lazy fuckers look even lazier!
 
Got a good chest day in. Heavy weight with minimal rest. Nocked it out fast but affective. Followed it with a quick jog. Had a good day!
 
I love how smooth this gear is. Iv been taking EOD injections with no problems at all!
Today is 200g carb day. Doing AM cardio. Not sure if ill have time to workout tonight but I'm going to try and ill be hitting back!!
 
When are you getting blood work? We all want to see where your cycle is putting you. It has been over a month now, right?
