Hey guys iv had these results but haven't had time and also forgot to post them. This is on about 700mg of test e a week. Test was takin about 4 days after shot. Iv upped my AI since. I'm happy with the results and I love the gear. I recommend euro pharm gear to anyone.

Hey killer dead lift day. Wanted up with one plate, Two plates. Then went to three plates one rep explosions. Four plate one rep explosions. Added chains to the four plates. Then went 455 pounds plus chains. Dropped to four plates for reps of eight. Then three plates for 15 reps. Then three plates for 12 reps. Busted my shin about halfway though the workout. Had blood running down my shin but it aint going to stop me. Also did lat pull downs seated rows and more. Felt really good and strong.
 
Legs today. Included light squats. Front squats, lunges, sprints and cycling. Got a great burn wile burning lots of calories.
 
Had a good chest day. Heavy dumbell press(incline,flat), flys(flat, incline), heavy curls, cable curls, trisept extensions. Bench with chains. Tbar chest press. Cable flys, cable trisept pulldowns, and drop sets of pec decks. Had a great pump and got wore out. Ill be low carbing all weekend

What are you low carbing over the weekend for, is it just fitting into your diet cycle?
 
Had a good weekend. Did some morning cardio Sunday and I did 2min of jump rope and 20 of posing Sunday night. Up and doing more cardio today. Today is my high carb day 300g. Ill be doing chest! I'm sitting at 191lb. This is the lightest iv been in a little over a year. Thanks to euro pharm my strength is higher then ever and I look better then ever!!

I will be doing a pre contest cycle here in about 4-5 weeks! I'm very excited about stacking some compounds and getting lean and hard! Stay tuned for that tho!!
 
The carbs are helping me get a hell of a chest pump. Doing heavy incline, and light bench= pump city. Also doing dumbel press keeping them close together to help work the upper peck. Nothing makes my day like a good pump. I wouldn't trade my fitness lifestyle for any other. When I'm in the gym I'm my own boss. I determine what gets done and how much work to do. And I work it hard. I push forward every day. That's how I do it. This pump isn't created by anything other than hard ass work and heavy ass weights!! Get off ur ass and get it boys. I'm ready to get jacked, who else is with me... U say u don't have time? Then sit ur ass on the couch wile I make time.

Thursday 300g

Saturday 50g
Sunday 0


That all looks good. Are you doing cardio instead of weight training on your no carb day or is it a rest day?

I have a great back day. Felt strong got a good pump and was very vascular. Feeln good. Gota stay strong with the diet and get shredded.
