did 10 sets of 2 box squats at 275
sets of Romanian deads 12 at 225 and 8 and 7 at 315
finished off with a couple sets of weighted hypers holding a bar with 145lbs on it. Felt good, should have stayed and done abs but it was getting late, it takes so god damn long for me to get to the point where my hips will take the box squats. I have the worst flexibility in my hip.s
 
i'm so jealous. i'd give anything to have a low back that allowed me to squat, good morning, RDL, and hyper that kind of weight. i feel like such a weenie on those days!
