i finally got back into the swing of things today... (was nursing a torn up wrist) did squats the numbers arent great but ill post anyway
warm up bar,135,185,205,225,245,275
working sets (all are reps of 5) 280, 285, 295, 305, 315, 305
felt great, i went deep and was alot stronger than i thought i would be but felt like i had to shit on every rep....
