Shoulders have been giving me grief lately. Doing the barbell press, my rotator cuffs were fatiguing almost immediately and so it was hard to continue. I think there is some impingement in the shoulder area as well. I will start doing some rotator cuff exercises twice a week from now.

Shoulders were algood with the arnold press and delts got a good pump so I might make that my main exercise from now.

I think my Dbol may be underdosed. I haven't really noticed anything at all apart from the weight gain. I've gained 3.5kgs so far, the heaviest I've ever been (which could be just diet anyway) but apart from that, there is nothing to indicate that the Dianabol has kicked in at all. No strength gains, no aggression, no increase in libido. WTF?
 
I pinned my right glute ten minutes ago, it went really smoothly. I ended up going out last night but I stayed sober. I've never been drunk as I don't like alcohol. Didn't get home until 4am then woke up an hour ago at 3pm lol. Had 6 eggs and rolled oats for breakfast and I'll try to get another two big meals in before I sleep.

Strength is definitely improving markedly. Inner chest seems fuller and shoulders seem to have gotten bigger. I haven't been eating much the last few days, been really busy because of work. Need to start eating like a beast if I want to hit 80kgs bodyweight before the end of the year.

Three weeks in, 76.9kgs. Just pinned right quad and this one stung like a bitch. Ouch! Bled a lot too, it felt like the needle was blunt or something. Looking a lot smoother but not bigger. Only difference I can tell so far is that my chest seems fuller.

Gee calm your farm dude. I could do and have done 50lb curls with swinging and bad form but theres no point. I can feel the muscle burning much more doing controlled reps with slow negatives with a much lighter weight.

Plus by the time I get to my isolation exercises, Ive already done ten to twelve sets of compound exercises involving that bodypart. I go heavy on squats, bench and deadlifts but focus on form with all other exercises. I bet I can squat more than you anyway.

no one said 50lbs. i dont have a problem with the numbers you're lifting i have a problem with your training as a whole. taken from your last chest workout i see you can bench up to 100kgs, not bad, but then you go and do 50kgs at 3x12 reps. then you go and do inline at 25kgs.1/4th of what you can lift? are you that weak on the isolations?

anyways since this has now turned into a dick measuring competition. Squat 250kgs x 6, deadlift 250kgs x 8. Both final sets. (every week) i dont then go and deadlift 80kgs next week. It just makes no sense.
 
That was 25kg dumbbells on the incline which is half, not quarter and I have only recently recently started to use dumbbells in my training.

I just lose strength very quickly after my top sets. I think this my be due to my experience in powerlfting training thus having programmed my Central nervous system to recruit a maximal number of muscle fibers, which is why my bodyweight to power ratio is not too shabby. And I dont have a lot of rest in between my sets either, under a minute.

You have some good lifts bro. Impressive
 
maybe i came off a bit harsh. My bad. I just think that you're wasting your time lifting such light weights. I'm going out on a limb here and saying that im pretty sure (close to 100%) that you can hammer curl more than 8kgs. My point being. why dont you? i do admit you are strong for your size. i have 20kgs on you and im not lifting much heavier.
