First cycle(Test-Deca) Need help

You look great bro. I'm very impressed with your physique. You are doing so well on your own right now, I would hesitate to add steroids at this point. Get at least another year under your belt, and for 2012, maybe your goal can be finding the perfect diet. That way when 2013 comes around, you will have an excellent physique and training protocol, hopefully an excellent diet, and if you still want to use steroids, you'll have the whole package put together.

I think a little discipline goes a long way brother. 1 year isn't that much.
 
Thanks guys! yeah im having a personal trainer since 2010, he makes my diets. I follow them steadily(excuse my bad english, Im in canada). Im getting more and more worried... This might look out of topic but my grand-father passed out recently, and im thinking of living as if it was my last day. You might laugh at me but with the coming of 21/12/2012, we don't know if we're gonna be here for long. Im still thinking of waiting or living at 110% without thinking of the future.

if this is your first cycle,drop the deca and do a test only cycle your first time,save the deca for later...i wouldnt even use deca on a first cycle,you can 2nd time around,IMO this would be a good first cycle for you

Test Cyp or Eth-500-600mg/week-14 weeks
Aromasin 12.5mg ed

Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50 start PCT 2 weeks after last pin

this will give you a great first cycle,you will learn how test effects youer body and then when you do use the deca,if any sides come up,you will know then if it is the test or deca,always on your first use 1 compound to know how your body is going to react.

If you use 2 compounds,if you start getting sides,you wont know which one it is,

You will be happy with a test only cycle 1st go around,just remember to eat enough!!!!

80% Diet 15% Training 5% Steroids

hi, In your opinion, Propecia (Finasteride) 0.5 mg ED all the cycle (AAS+PCT) is a good idea?
I would put it in my first cycle

well, most girls where i live arent focused on muscled guys, theyre more looking for hockey players haha i hate those loooooool but anyway bro I dont workout for girls, if they like it thats good if not ... fuckem haha I workout for myself and my personal satisfaction. I might compete this year will look forward into it.
 
It doesn't mean shit . U could've been lifting since you were two your still gonna have the same problems with a young age and steroids. For one the estrogen will cause your growth plates to close and being that you 5'4 you'll prob want to wait and see if you get taller. Already high hormones and shutting them down for synthetic hormones is bad. I've read about a lot if young kids getting bad depression and other horrible sides.

Like I wrote before, I had a muscle tear on my right pec, plus im having rotator's cuff pain since im like 18. Tonight it was Pec/bicep day, I had to skip the bench at the 2nd set because if i'd do one more, I knew pec was gonna break once more. I completed my training anyway with some isolations like pecdecks and Vertical grip Benchlike machine. I thought of taking 10 consecutive days of break from weight training(I didnt stop for 8months straight) and seeks the help of a massage therapist 2 times during this 10 day break.

What do you think about it?

Brother ii totally respect your workout ethic,and yes man,taking off 10 days would be great for you and your injuries,i had shoulder surgery last January,i had 4 bone spurs removed and my labrum ligament was torn and they fixed that,i was out 4 months from the gym,and in the meantime i done Physical Therapy for 14 weeks,then i started back working out,now its been a year and my shoulder still has it problems,my range of motion is not the same,because of the tighten of the labrum ligament

i still havet lifted really heavy sincce my surgery,im gonna give it a few more months before i do,thats what caused my ligament to tear to start with......my spurs had to come out,lf i hadnt got them took out it wouldve eventually torn my rotator cuff,and i didnt want that

back this summer my good shoulder,my rotator cuff got inflamed and still is and ive been working around it since august,and its doing better,i do only DB presses not with bb on chest days,nothing overhead on shoulder days

I think it would be really good for you to have Physical Therapy while you take off from the gym,it will help you alot!!!


I totally understand your reasoning about the deca,it will help your joints for sure,but it wont help your rotator cuffs or any muscle relief form pain,im on deca right now,and all of my joints feel great,but muscle still hurt

you are in to good of shape not to take some time off and heal the right way brother

Must've been hard to be out of the gym for 4 months, am sorry to hear this man. You had MUCH more trouble than me :/ hope your pain will end soon and you will recover from this.

That's what I will do, I will complete this week's schedule since Pec's day is done. I have 2xback, legs and shoulder this weekend left to do. I should be alright. Then Ill take 10days off(it will be hard to stay offf the gym) and meet my massage therapist.
