First ever log. Test Deca Dbol Bulker.

i'll post a detailed description of my diet one of these days and you guys can evaluate it. Also gonna make a new thread with those pics of me and get some more opinions on bf% cuz now I'm very curious

hey got your pm... so i would say 13% is off.. your anywhere from 16-18% from the looks of it
 
6ft 215lbs. The back pic is a little deceiving because the split in the mirror panels makes me look a lot wider than I am. I used a bf caliper probably 10 times that week just trying to figure out the proper technique, my highest reading was 15% bf and most were closer to 13. Thanks for the input bro!

I would like to hear other thoughts of what my bf% could be if others can chime in as well.

Looks to me to be about the 15% mark... Everyone stores fat a lil differently though, so realistically you could be plus or minus 2%.

I usually take a few pics on the morning after my lowest carb day and shoot them in an email to 3J when I wanna check my bf... His estimations are probably the best you will get.
 
End of day 2

So I've had a slight headache since I went to bed last night. Been drinking at least a gallon I water a day. Nothing exciting yet but stay tuned!

Also got my bf tested at the gym using a handheld thingy that uses electricity. It read 16.0% and the trainer said it usually reads 1% high so 15% should be where I sit as of Today. I've decided I can live with it. The bulk goes ahead as planned!
 
Day 3

Rest day. Eating and relaxing. might even squeeze in a round of golf.

Still nothing major, but I think the pumps started kicking in. took 15mg dbol this morning then took a shower and I swear my forearm got a pump just from washing my hair lol. Definitely looking foreword to this cycle being in full swing. Still early.

next pin tomorrow night-300mg test e, 250mg deca.

Legs/Lower back tomorrow evening.
 
Just depends on your diet, but if you are in a surplus dont be suprised to gain fat while putting on some mass, hard to say where u will end up bf wise, but I count on this u will not be 235lbs at 9% bf on a surplus, doesnt work that way bro
Exspecially eating 1000 kcals above maintanence, not gonna happen nomatter how clean the food is
U should of started out at 300 to 500 cals above maintanence and see how u fair out, taking measurements once a week, weight, waist, neck, and do a caliper reading as well doesnt hurt, and see if yiur heading in the right direction of not gaining to much fat in return, the higher amount of bf u put on the longer it will take u to chop the shit

haha the whole 235 9% thing was just me messin around. I'm realistic about my goals. I'm not afraid to put on a little bodyfat. Since trt I have been in much better control of my bf and I am confident that I can shed some off post cycle.

Yeah I get headaches every now and then try eating that usually helps me good protien meal chicken breast spinach salad or something olive oil and lemon juice for dressing works great as for dbol pumps wait till you get into your arms workouts fuck my forearms felt like they were going to explode almost had me at tears a few times when doing my forearms lol
 
i might not be able to do a rest day lol. i am wayyy too amped. i might have to destroy my back today....
I think i'll up my workouts to 5 days a week on this cycle and give back, legs, and chest each their own day. rest days will be on weekends.
 
end of day 3 update

Ok the pumps are kicking in. There's no doubt about it. My upper back was so tight at the gym I had to slouch my shoulders because I couldn't keep them back. Forearms and bis were inflated as well. Also sweating like 3x more than usual. All good signs!
 
the tabs definitely messed with me a bit, but this liquid dbol is great. only had an upset stomach on the first day, now it doesnt bother me at all. usually i have to force feed myself on dbol.
 
end of day 4

Forgot my gym was closed tomorrow so I squeezed in legs and chest on the same day. And when I say squeezed I don't mean half assed my workouts to fit them in. I smashed the weights. Leg pumps were unreal. I was only squatting 225 for sets of 15 because I've been having knee issues, but I felt like I could actually stack weight on today. My quads felt twice their size after squats. This dbol is definitely kiking in earlier than I'm used to.

Also as I mentioned, my knee pain was almost non existent today. Could the deca be helping my joints already? Doubt it but it was a noticeable improvement in the range of motion I had in squats without feeling pain.

Chest pump was nice. Flat benched 225 x 15, 245 x 10, 265 x 6. Then 185 for 15 (burnout set). Strength is about the same so far.

View attachment 557985 post workout meal 1 of 2. 10 oz cod filets, 1.5 cups whole grain pasta, and green beans with a tall glass of chocolate milk 2%. Had a shake on my way home from the gym 1 scoop whey 24g and 1 scoop waxy maize carbs 50g. This meal followed about a half hour later along with another one in a couple hours. Turkey breast and garlic bread made with Ezekiel bread :)

My girlfriend who hasn't seen me in a week said today and I quote "your boobs look bigger". So take that for what it's worth lol.
 
Haha I was worried at first when she said it, but I asked her to clarify and she said my chest looked like it was popping out more than usual. So it's a good thing lol.
 
End of week 1

3 pins in...pinned my delt for the first time this cycle. 1.8ml, and the pip was pretty rough. no biggie, it will subside before shoulder day.

up 3 lbs so far. my new gym had me at 209 before this cycle whereas my old gym read 215....odd. anyway im @ 212 according to this scale. looking slightly puffier, nothing dramatic that would indicate high e2 or anything. i use the electronic handheld bf% calculator at my gym and it's staying consistently at 15%. Pumps are really kicking in at this point. No significant strength increases yet.

Lethargy hit me like a brick wall yesterday and today....this is normal for me on dbol and also not e2 related. doesnt effect workouts though, just having trouble staying awake at my desk at work lol.

also, i mentioned earlier that i was surprised that the dbol hasn't effected my appetite....well it's starting to now. keeps me feeling full and bloated all day, but i'm managing to get my calories in despite this.
