First Female Cycle, advice?

Hello,

I have been training for 4 years, but 2 years consistently.

I weight train 4-5 days a week, 8-12 reps. I lift until failure.

I do cardio a few times a week, but not too much.

I have a pretty good base

Diet:

Meal 1:
1cup egg whites
1 egg
1/2 cup oats

Meal 2:
150grams chicken
150grams sweet potato
100gram broccoli

Meal 3:
1 can tuna
150gram sweet potato
Spinach

Meal 4:
Protein shake

Meal 5:
150 grams chicken
150grams sweet potato
100gram broccoli

Meal 6:
1/4 cup oats
1 scoop of protein
1tbs on natural peanut butter

Meal 7:
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/4 oats

I was thinking of starting winstrol or anavar.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of gains they saw or when they started to notice results?

Is there anything I should change before the the fact?

cycling for women is a lot harder to give suggestions. i would say anavar not winstrol from what I've read about this subject. i would guess not more then 4-6 weeks. probably would see good gains from it. its very different as women's bodies are going to process all these compounds slight different and have different side effects and everything. be very careful and never over due it. also height along with the above questions from onkshot.
 
Stay away or severely limit steroids that are androgenic as they tend to masculanize women. You need to monitor side effects like voice changes, clitotal hypertrophy, and hair in unwanted places.
Some side effects can come on quick and be permanent. Like others have advised, err on the side of caution with compounds and dosage
