First serious bulking cycle!

Hello guys!

I've been training for 4years, cca. In May this year, I decided to use AS for a first time in my life. I took 2 x 10ml Test Propionat and 5ml Deca. That is 650mg / week. I've had best 1 month in my life. I didnt feel any "deca dick", my girlfriend was happy, I gained arond 10kgs, I gained strenght, I couldn't wait to train... Everything was perfect.

Then, I took 4months break, because I was afraid of this stuff. Again, in September, I decided to take one more "cycle". Because I was pussy, and I have no knowlage, our local guy, suggested my that I should try Enanthate. And I took 20 x 1ml that shit. I didn't feel nothing, I didn't please my girlfriend like I thought, I didn't gain anything.

NOW, I want to do one REAL cycle, long more then 4 weeks. What do you guys suggest, for bulking.

Because I'm European, I'll talk in metric system.

190cm, 105kg, training 6x times per week, cardio every other day.

Meals:

1. 10 eggwhites (2 whole eggs) and grits OR steak, 1 pack of Animal PAK
2. pasta and tuna
*. training
4. protein shake
5. chicken breast and rice
6. steak and rice OR french fries :o
7. chicken breast OR turkey breast and rice
8. protein shake (casein)

I know I may sound stupid, but I didn't have much contact with that stuff in past. Thanks for any help!
 
Your so called cycles were a complete waste of time and money. You need a ton of research before you even think about touching gear again. You clearly have no clue. Read the stickys.

You are talking about bulking, I don't see how you ever got to 235 lbs eating that little bit of food?

I don't count protein shakes and such as meals or even snacks. Useful for post work out to hold me over while I cook real food.

Anyway, not flaming you and welcome to ology!

Get yourself some genuine testosterone and run a nice 12 week cycle at 600mg per week. Since it's your 2nd run and all.

That should make you happy and the girlfriend should be happy too :)

Oh also up the real food intake!!!

That's what I have in mind now:

1-12w = Test Cypionate 750mg EW
1-12w = Deca or EQ 400-600mg EW
1-4w = 50mg ED Anadrol/Dianabol OR 1-12w = 25mg ED Dianabol

Any thoughts on that?

Oh also up the real food intake!!!

I'm eating every 2hrs and going on toilet 3times per day. :freak:

You are talking about almost 1700 mg per week of stuff for a 2nd cycle!

Where exactly have you been reading to com up with this craziness?

Seriously where do you go from here for your 3rd 4th etc cycles? 5 grams per week.

You diet is the problem eat more!! 600mg per week of real quality test will do more than enough for a 2nd cycle. Maybe add some d-bol to kick start it but i doubt that is needed.

I believe that you are experienced user and I will listen your suggestion, but I want to see what other people think too.

So, what do you think about taking Sustanon 750mg EW and Dianabol 25mg ED? Would that be OK?

Just listen to Zeek. No Dball.....test only 600mg/week.
 
Yo well you need a diet bro don't touch shit till that's in place 3j in diet section or give your money away and your doses are nuts I think this is your first cycle and some pin head lined you out on this get a diet and research in the mean time and if zeek tells you something you don't need anyones advice unless he says he's not sure
 
You seriously need to EAT EAT and then EAT some more, I know I used to think I was eating a lot before but really I was eating like a bitch, after I started to keep track of cals and macros I finally put on the weight

I had opportunity to talk with Phil Heath few weeks ago, and he said that hes eating 6-8times per day. :confused:
 
Dianabol Need Advice.

I know i a 'Newbie' as they would say but i need some advice, am currently taking 30mg of Pro Chem dianabol's tablets every day spreading each one through out the day every 4-5 hrs, im on my 9th day on them and i have been working out good and eating good but i dont seem to feel any changes (strength gains etc) i only felt a bit dry in my mouth and body and i'm trying to drink alit if water aswell, i have not really put on anything in weight gain think 1 pound or so since last week when i weighed myself, i was just wondering when should i start to feel the 'kick in' or strength gains as i have always been skinny and i don't think ill ever get big, should i give it another week, up the dosage or just give it a little longer? and im only taking dianabol, and after my cycle i will be on Nolvadex aswell to help keep gains and side affects down...

I think you should try for something like this:
1-15w Test E or C 500-600mg per week
1-4w Dbol 50.

That should net you huge gains.
